2007年5月,中共中央、国务院发布了《关于加强青少年体育增强青少年体质的意见》。国家政府采取一系列的政策措施来提高学生健康水平,改善学生健康状况,但结果却不尽如意。据2008年全国学生体质健康测试结果数据得出,学生的体质健康测试结果没有得到明显的提升,却有明显下滑的现象。本人在教学过程中发现在校女生存在关于健康的很多现象。而这些现象表明了我校学生关于体育的健康运动保健意识非常淡薄,体育理论知识非常缺乏。为此,本研究针对目前学生存在的问题,进行体育与健康课教学实验方案,以提高学生体育健康知识的知晓率和健康技能的掌握率,对提高专科学校女生健康水平具有重要的现实意义,为普通专科学校学生体育与健康课程的教学开展提供理论依据和实践指导。本研究采用问卷调查法、教学实验法、数理统计法、逻辑分析等多种研究方法,对安庆医药高等专科学校的专科一年级护理系140名女生的体育健康知识和健康行为进行调查,并制定体育与健康课程教学实验方案,在2011-2012年上半学期进行实施。改革后的体育与健康授课内容分为体育运动实践内容和体育健康理论知识内容。体育运动实践内容注重运动基本技术和身体素质的教学,传授学生的运动技能,感受体育运动带来的心理愉悦感,培养自觉参加课外体育锻炼的意识。教材选择以学生比较爱好的运动项目和教学比赛,发展速度、灵敏、上下肢力量及腰腹力量等练习方法手段组成的运动处方及体育游戏。而体育健康理论课内容选择讲解营养常识,运动与肥胖,体育运动锻炼的方法和手段,运动健身原则,运动效果的自我评价,体育卫生保健和运动损伤处理的健康教育。在实施了一学期改革后的体育与健康课程方案后,问卷调查显示:①在教学前,两组无明显差异性;教学后,实验班优于对照版,存在显著性差异。②与对照班相比较,实验班立定跳远、肺活量指数存在显著性差异,坐位体前屈存在高度显著性差异。③在进行了课程教学后,两组学生课后参加体育锻炼次数都有所提升,但实验班的结果要明显高于对照班,具有显著性差异。新型体育与健康课程可显著提高安庆医药高等专科学校女生的体育健康理论知识知晓率,培养学生形成正确的健康生活方式和体育运动;同时促进学生积极参与体育课以及学校体育活动和课外体育锻炼。但是学生体育健康知识的掌握仅仅靠体育与健康课程课堂中获取是远远不够的。高校体育与健康教育优化模式的运行推广,离不开规范化及科学化的体育与健康教育管理。本项目侧重从体育教学方面开展了健康教育内容、形式和方法的研究,对高校学生的健康管理的政策研究和学生课后的锻炼研究不足,而这正是在学校体育工作中实施体育健康教育必须要考虑的因素。在以后的学校工作中,可以从以下方面开始入手:(1)新生入校进行有关体育与健康的各种形式的教育,开展有关体育与健康的知识讲座及活动。(2)加强学生的体育社团组织和管理体系,组织丰富课外的体育活动内容、项目以及形式。(3)开展体育、医疗、教学、心理、学生管理等多部门合作健康的体育健康教育活动。利用宣传画、多媒体系统等方式来宣传体育健康知识。与相关部门沟通,确保一些规章制度落实(如教学楼关门时间、寝室熄灯时间等)。(4)开设体育与健康教育课程的选修课,注重了信息传播渠道的有效性。

In May 2007, the central committee of the CCP and the State Council issued ‘Opinions on the Strengthening of Youth Sports to Enhance Young People's Health’. National government takes a series of policy measures to enhance students' physical health, however, the result is not quite pleasant. According to the 2008 National Student Physical Health Test, the data show that the condition of students' physical health has no significant improvement, instead there is a marked downward trend. In the teaching process, I found out that many problems of women’s health exist in the public school system. These phenomena indicate that my school’s students has weak consciousness of sports and insufficient sports theories. Therefore, this study focuses on existing problems and reform of school sports and health courses, in order to improve the average acknowledgement of students' physical education and the degree of mastering the physical skills. This research has significant practical importance towards improving the health level of college girls, and it also provides a theoretical basis and practical guides for college students’ physical education.In this study, a variety of research methods were applied, such as questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, teaching experiments, logical analysis etc. 140 girls, who are first years from the Department of Nursing of Pharmaceutical College of Anqing, Anhui were selected, to study their knowledge of physical education and health behaviors, and develop corresponding new plan. This research was conducted in the fall semester of 2011. The physical education and health curriculum will be divided into Physical and Health Education course and the Theory course. Physical and Health Education course focuses on physical fitness and basic skills. This course helps students to develop motor skills, and sense the pleasure of exercising, and therefore they will voluntarily improve their awareness of participating physical activities. The chosen of the textbook will base on the preference of students on sport activities and competitions, and should also includes games which focus on sensitivity, strength of upper and lower body, and lower abdominal strength. The Theory course will explain nutrition knowledge, nutrition and obesity, the methods and means of movement exercise and obesity, sports methods, sports and fitness principle, the self-evaluation of the physical effect, the basic knowledge of sport and health and sports injury treatment. After conducting one semester of the reform program, the survey showed that: (1) Before applying the reform program, there is no significant difference between the degree of mastering theoretical knowledge of the two groups; however, after using two different programs, although both groups’ degree of mastering theoretical knowledge increases, the experimental group increased more dramatically, and therefore there are significant differences. ② Compared to the control group, Sit and Reach was significantly higher than the control group, and therefore exists significant difference between the two; however, and step test of the experiment group and the standing long jump of experiment group are slightly higher than the control group. ③ Both groups results increases after school exercises, but the results of experimental group are significantly higher than the control group, and this shows a significant difference between the two groups. The new sports and health programs can significantly improve the rate of acknowledging theoretical knowledge and physical education and health of girls of Anqing Pharmaceutical College, and develop a healthy lifestyle and exercises for students. While promoting students to actively participate in sports activities, this reform program also increases the average amount of extra-curricular sports. Therefore this reform program enhances students’ body movement quality and health level. However, the mastery of students' physical education and health knowledge is not enough to get from the sports class. The extension model for Sports Health Education depends on standardized health education and scientific management. This project focused on sports teaching and was carried out by analyzing health education content and forms and methods of research. The lack of the policies on management of college students’ health and after-school exercises is a important factor that must be considered. In the future, it is possible to starts from the following aspects: (1) Students enter the school health education, to carry out health-related seminars and activities. (2) Organize rich extra-curricular sports activities and projects, to strengthen students' sports society organizations and management systems. (3)Develop sports, health care, teaching, psychology, and student management multi sectoral cooperation in health physical education and health education activities. Use posters, multimedia systems and dissemination to spread health. Communicate with relevant departments to ensure the implement of rules and regulations (such as building closing time, the time of turning of the bedroom lights, etc.). (4) Create some elective physical education and health education programs, which focuses on the knowledge effectiveness of information dissemination channels.
