本文为解决因大气污染停工管控项目工程进度影响的问题，通过查阅资料，归纳统计并分析总结，使用project生成甘特图，利用关键路线法和横道图比较法等方法和工具，以HK地产廊坊项目一期为例，就施工过程中，因大气污染管控造成的进度影响进行讨论研究。在二期项目中通过拆分工作项，分析污染源，统计大气污染天气情况及因污染而被迫停工时间，进而调整计划，规避风险，也利用PDCA循环进行计划管控，制订保障措施，使项目最终能在合理成本和满足质量标准的情况下按约定交房日期完成交付目标，同时也为本项目后期开发以及类似项目的开发提供参考。

In the second phase project, the project divides the work items, analyzes the pollution sources, statistics the weather conditions of air pollution and the forced shutdown time due to pollution, then adjusts the plan, avoids risks, also uses PDCA cycle to control the plan, and formulates the safeguard measures, so that the project can finally achieve the delivery target according to the agreed delivery date in the case of reasonable cost and meeting the quality standards, At the same time, it also provides reference for the later development of the project and the development of similar projects.
