本文试图通过对项目沟通管理的研究,特别是在不同文化背景下的沟通管理研究,分析跨国企业项目沟通管理过程存在的问题,通过理论依据,提出避免沟通冲突的措施,指导跨国企业的沟通管理。 沟通管理是项目管理的重要组成部分,管理是通过沟通来完成的,沟通管理贯穿于项目的整个生命期,良好的沟通能促使项目走向成功,缺乏沟通会使冲突的等级进一步上升,矛盾进一步激化,给项目目标的实现带来不利的影响,甚至会导致项目的失败。 项目管理所讲的沟通与人们日常生活中的语言交流和人际交往不同,项目的沟通管理这一知识领域包括保证及时恰当地生成、发布、接收、处理信息的一个管理过程,既有语言沟通也有非语言沟通,既有正式沟通也有非正式沟通。要根据利害关系者不同的沟通需求,以有利于项目的执行为目标,确定沟通方式和沟通频率。 本文研究内容是分析ZS公司在K国石油开发项目管理中遇到的沟通问题,找出存在问题的原因,建立一套适合K国石油开发项目的沟通管理制度和方法,减小沟通障碍对项目的影响,促进项目的顺利开展。采用的研究方法主要有:文献研究法、案例分析法等。根据研究的内容及相关文献,对相关文献资料进行梳理,对相关理论加以阐述,作为研究问题的理论依据,从跨文化沟通理论和项目管理沟通理论入手,对K国石油开发项目遇到的沟通管理案例进行解析。 本文对沟通管理过程中存在的问题采用了列举法,对沟通障碍进行归纳总结,在沟通规划、信息发布、绩效报告和利害关系者管理四个方面进行研究,探讨在K国石油开发项目管理过程中,如何进行更有效的沟通管理,提出有针对性的管理思路。同时,还对跨文化沟通问题进行分析。因为文化背景不同,人们的价值观不同,对问题的看法和处理问题的方式也不想同。

This paper analyzed the existent problems of project communications management processes in international enterprises with the research on project communications management, particularly under different cultural backgrounds. With the correlative theories, we brought forward methods to avoid communication conflicts, and employ them to direct international enterprises communications management. Management is conducted through effective communications, and therefore communication is an important component of project management. Communications management is performed from project beginning through its end, and better communications are able to lead to the success of projects. Lack of communication would cause worse conflicts and adverse impacts on achieving project objectives, or even project failure. Communications in project management areas differ from those in daily life and social activities. The knowledge area of project communications management involves the processes that ensure timely and appropriate information generation, distribution, retrieval and disposition. It includes both verbal and nonverbal communications, and formal or informal communications. Based on different requirements of stakeholders and better performance of project for management target, manners and frequency of communications are determined. This paper is to seek the causes of the problem, and to establish a series of communications management system and methods adapting to petroleum development projects in K Country with the analysis of the communication issue in the petroleum development projects of ZS Corporation in the K Country. This would lower the impacts on the projects owning to barriers of communications, and benefit project development. The major methods include literature review, case analysis, and so on. With the research objective and its corresponding literature in this area, the related literature was first screened, and then associated theories were addressed, which provided the basis of this study. The communications management cases in the petroleum development project in K Country were analyzed with the cross-cultural communication theory and project communications management theory. The enumerating method for the existent issues in communications management processes was adopted, and barriers to communication were summarized. How to make effective communications and propose suitable management ideas was discussed for K Country with four aspects, communications planning, information distribution, performance reporting, manage stakeholders. Meanwhile, the issues of cross-culture communications are analyzed. The methods to solve these problems are different because of various values and culture backgrounds.
