东北虎(Panthera tigris altaica)和远东豹(Panthera pardus orientalis)都是濒临灭绝的大型猫科动物。19世纪前曾广泛分布于东北亚地区,20世纪以来其由于生境恶化和人类的直接猎杀,东北虎和远东豹的分布范围急剧压缩至俄罗斯远东和中国东北部分地区。东北虎是该区域温带针阔混交林生态系统旗舰种,在调节生态系统中间平衡发挥不可替代的作用。
连续大片优质生境是东北虎及远东豹生存的基础。本研究基于2000-2012年MODIS NDVI(分辨率250m)生长季数据,采用普通回归分析的方法,从大尺度分析了东北虎和远东豹分区布-中国东北汪清-珲春地区和俄罗斯滨海边疆区植被的变化,结合该地区植被覆盖类型,分析东北虎和远东豹生境变化的趋势。
结果显示,整个地区归一化植被指数(NDVI)显著增加的像元占总面积的6.49%,显著减少的的像元占3.30%。NDVI减少区域集中于俄罗斯滨海边疆区和珲春东北虎国家级自然保护区。中国部分的NDVI增加的像元占7.28%,减少像元占2.75%;俄罗斯部分NDVI增加像元占3.77%,减少的占5.28%。在4个保护区之中,俄罗斯虎豹公园、珲春保护区、老爷岭保护区、汪清保护区NDVI增加的像元比例分别为0.02%、1.04%、8.38%和3.76%,NDVI减少的比例分别为3.97%、3.82%、0.40%和0.01%。老爷岭保护区和汪清保护区NDVI增加像元面积远大于NDVI减少像元面积,生境质量呈上升趋势与中国1998年实施的天然林保护工程密切相关。俄罗斯虎豹公园和珲春保护区反之。结合植被覆盖类型来看,针阔混交林、阔叶林NDVI减少像元面积分别占研究区域NDVI减少总面积的6.21%和46.13%,NDVI增加像元面积分别占研究区域NDVI增加总面积的18.40%、57.13%。俄罗斯虎豹公园和珲春保护区是当前东北虎和远东豹的主要分布区,由于采伐导致的近期生境的退化将对东北虎和远东豹的生存产生重要的影响。采取有效措施减少森林采伐和人类活动的干扰,可遏制现有生境退化趋势,进而为虎豹保护和维护该区域生物多样性的可持续发展提供基础。

Amur tiger (Panthera tigris altaica) and Far Eastern leopard (Panthera pardus orientalis) are both endangered felid and distributed widely in Northeast Asia, but since the 20th century they have been suffering poaching and habitat degradation. Now they are only found in part of China and the Russian Far East. Amur tiger are mainly distributed in Russia, but they tend to spread to China where border with Russia. So it is necessary to study the habitat of Amur tiger and Far Eastern leopard in northeast China.
This study analyzed the variation trends of the vegetations in parts of China and Primorskiy Kray of Russia by using the averaged 250m MODIS DNVI data in growth season of 2000-2012 and the approach of ordinary linear regression. The land cover data was combined with the NDVI result to analyze the variation trends of habitat covered with different vegetation.
The results showed that the entire region NDVI increased by 6.49% of the pixels of the total area, the decline accounted for 3.30% of pixels. The NDVI reduce focused on the study area in eastern and southern region. Part of the NDVI increased pixel accounted for 7.28%, down like accounted for 2.75%; Russia NDVI increased pixel accounted for 3.77%, 5.28% decline. Among the four protected areas, the Russian Tiger Balm Park, the Hunchun protected areas, Laoyeling protected areas, Wangqing protected areas NDVI increase the pixel ratio were 0.02%, 1.04%, 8.38% and 3.76%, respectively NDVI reduce the proportion of 3.97%, 3.82%, 0.40% and 0.01%.
