随着教育改革的不断深入,教师专业化已成为教师教育的主流话题,也是教育改革的热点问题之一。在教师专业化过程中起关键作用的是教师的教学能力,教学能力的核心正是教学设计能力。教学设计能力在很大程度上影响着课堂教学的实际效果,是所有教师都应具备的能力。然而在教学实践中,教师的教学设计能力仍然表现出比较薄弱的方面;同时有关教师教学设计能力的研究相对比较少,针对不同学科教师的教学能力现状的研究更是少之又少。在此基础上本研究选取北京市朝阳区一所小学中的12位语文教师作为研究对象,主要围绕小学语文教师教学设计能力的现状和影响小学语文教师教学设计能力的因素两个核心问题展开研究。本研究主要采用质性研究并辅以一定的量化研究,主要运用文本资料分析法、问卷调查法、访谈法、观察法等进行了资料收集;在此基础上围绕《朝阳区教师教学基本能力检核标准》对搜集的资料进行现状分析和影响因素分析;在资料分析的基础上得出相应的结论。 本研究发现:小学语文教师的教学设计能力总体比较强,但在实证分析学生情况、科学确定并表述三维目标、合理安排教学流程等方面表现比较薄弱。不同教龄教师的教学设计能力比较分析发现10年以内教龄的教师在各能力方面均低于10年以上教龄教师;不同学段教师在各能力方面的比较研究发现:高学段教师的教学设计能力总体高于低、中学段的教师;班主任教师和非班主任教师在实证分析学生情况能力上存在一些差距。在对教师薄弱能力进行具体研究发现影响教师教学设计能力的因素主要有培训、环境、知识技能结构、思维方式和自我效能感等方面。

With the deepening of education reform,teacher specialization has become a mainstream topic of teacher education, is also one of the hot issues of education reform.Play a key role in the process of teacher professionalization teachers' teaching ability,teaching ability of the core is the teaching design capabilities.Instructional design capacity greatly affect the actual effect of classroom teaching,all teachers should have the ability to.However,in the practice of teaching,teachers teaching design ability is still showing weak;teaching design ability is relatively little research on the status of the teaching ability of teachers of different disciplines and even fewer.Two core issues of the status and impact of primary school language teachers teaching design capacity factor of 12 language teachers on the basis of this study,select a primary school in Chaoyang District,Beijing as an object of study,mainly around the design capacity of primary school language teaching research. This study used qualitative research and supported by quantitative research,the main use of document retrieval method,questionnaire, interview, observation, data collection; around the Chaoyang District teachers teaching ability check on this basis standard "status quo analysis and impact factor analysis of the information collected; corresponding conclusions on the basis of the data analysis. The study found that: overall strong language teachers in primary schools teaching design ability,but students in the empirical analysis of scientifically identified and presented in a three-dimensional target,reasonable arrangements for the teaching process is relatively weak in terms of performance. Different teachers teaching experience teaching design ability analysis found that less than 10 years of teaching experience the teachers are less than 10 years of teaching experience teachers in various capacities; comparative study found that not classmates segment teachers in various capacities: instructional design capacity of the high school teachers paragraph higher than the low overall, the teachers of the school period; teacher of teachers and non-teacher of teachers in various capacities comparison: teacher teacher and non-teacher of teachers,there are some gaps in the empirical analysis of student situation ability. In the weak capacity of teachers found that the factors that affect teachers design capacity mainly in terms of training,the environment, the structure of knowledge, skills, ways of thinking and self-efficacy.
