本文以中国对印尼投资为研究对象，在分析中国对印尼投资规模、投资流向、贸易规模、贸易结构的基础上，通过SWOT分析法，分析了中国对印尼投资的优势与劣势、机遇与威胁。通过研究本文认为，中国企业对印尼的投资优势主要是互补优势，劣势主要是技术劣势和管理劣势。而机遇主要有政策机遇和市场机遇，外部威胁主要来自于印尼政府投资政策的不确定性、对相关行业的投资限制以及其他国家企业的竞争。结合上述内容，本文提出了三点建议，一是通过投资主体与投资流向的多样化来规避投资外部风险，二是通过合资、并购等方式促进企业本土化，三是通过技术合作、知识产权合作规避投资壁垒。

This paper takes China’s investment in Indonesia as the research object. Based on the analysis of China’s investment scale, investment flow, trade scale, and trade structure in Indonesia, this paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of China’s investment in Indonesia through SWOT analysis. The research of this paper indicates that the advantages of Chinese enterprises investment in Indonesia is mainly complementary, however the main disadvantage is the technical and management problems. The opportunities are mainly policy and market opportunities. The external threats are mainly due to the uncertainties of investment policy in Indonesia, the investment restrictions on relevant industries and the competition of other countries. According to the statement above, three suggestions are put forward in this paper: First is to avoid the external risk of investment through diversification of the investment subject and the investment flow; Second, promote the localization of the enterprise through joint ventures, mergers, or acquisitions; Third, avoid investment barriers through the technical cooperation and intellectual property.
