本研究的主要目的在于了解高中聋生的择业观的现状,以及聋生自我效能感对择业观影响。 研究方法:采用自编择业观调查问卷、一般自我效能感量表、学业自我效能感量表对合肥特殊教育学校的高中聋生进行调查。 研究结论:(1)该校聋生在择业问题上表现出较强的独立意识、自主意识,择业心理务实、自信,但也具有一定是盲目性,对现在就业形势和社会工作机会缺乏了解;对工资期望过高;(2)高年级的聋生比低年级聋生的工资期望更贴近实际,更注重以自身实际专业技能获得就业机会。男生在工资期望上比女生高,在对自己未来就业上比女生更自信和乐观。(3)一般自我效能感和学业自我效能感主要影响聋生对择业客观条件和环境的认识与看法。
外文摘要:
The main purpose of this study is to understand the view of current situation of Career outlook of high school deaf students, and self-efficacy on career outlook. Research methods: use Self career concept questionnaire, the general self-efficacy scale, academic self-efficacy scale to investigate and assess high school deaf students in Hefei special education school . Conclusions of the study are as follows: (1) the career outlook of the school deaf students showed the characteristics of the times ,in career issues showed a strong sense of independence, self-awareness, career psychological and pragmatic, self-confidence, but also has a certain blindness, Lack of understanding on the employment situation and social work opportunities; wage expectations too high; (2) high-grade deaf students than the wages of low-grade deaf students expect more close to reality, and pay more attention to their actual professional skills to get jobs. Boys higher than girls in wage expectations than girls in their future employment, self-confidence and optimism. (3) self-efficacy has a certain impact on deaf career concept.
