本论文从“国家一社会”关系理论视角出发,提出了国际中文教育“民间性”的概念、特征,通过对国际中文教育民间交流类型和现状的分析,揭示了国际中文教育“民间性”的影响因素、功能和作用,解决了国家与社会关系视域下国际中文教育 “民间性”的建构问题。理论意义上,本论文有利于扩大国际中文教育的研究领域,改变“民间性”理论研究不足的现状,促进国际中文教育学科与政治学、社会学的融合发展,有助于完善国际中文教育学科理论体系的建构。实践意义上,本论文有利于指导国际中文教育民间组织的发展和教育治理的实践,协调政府、市场、社会三者之间的关系,推动形成良性的国际中文教育市场。 本研究包括“绪论”、“结语”以及四章主体部分,共由五个部分构成:第一部分为绪论部分。主要对本文的选题背景、研究意义、研究方法和设计、理论基础及概念界定进行介绍。在文献综述部分,主要从“国际中文教育民间办学研究”“民间组织研究”“国际语言教育组织研究”“国际中文教育中的“民间社会’与‘公民社会’关联性研究”“教育治理研究”五个方面展开,分析了国际中文教育“民间性”的局限和困境。 第二部分为第一章。这部分对国际中文教育民间交流发展历程进行历史性的梳理与回顾,并对国际中文教育民间交流的类型与影响做出了分析。 第三部分为第二章、第三章和第四章,这是论文的主体论证部分。本部分围绕国际中文教育民间组织影响因素和存在的问题,将论证过程分成国际中文教育“民间性”的主体分析和环境分析两部分,通过对“民间社会”与 “公民社会”关联性分析,结合国际语言教育组织多案例进行对比分析,分别从 “民间教育交流领域中政府的角色与职能”“国际中文教育领域中政府的角色与职能”“国际中文教育领域中政府治理的现状与问题”“国际中文教育的分类治理”四个层面,对国际中文教育领域中民间社会与政府的关系问题展开分析论证。该部分采用量化统计分析与个案比较方法对主要观点加以论证,不仅关注到外部因素和内部因素对国际中文教育民间组织的影响,而且也对国际中文教育民间交流的途径与方式做了系统论证。 第四部分为第五章。分别从 “国际中文教育民间交流的现代意涵”“国际中文教育‘民间性’的限度与形式”“国际中文教育本土化与全球化背景下的“民间性’特征”三个方面,对国际中文教育“民间性”的重构进行论证,并提出了建议与对策。 第五部分为第六章,是全文的结论。对本文的主要观点和创新之处进行回顾与总结,揭示了国际中文教育“民间性”的内涵,提出国际中文教育“民间性”是一个复杂性的问题,具有民间性、官民互嵌性、非政府性、自主性、营利性与非营利性并存的多种特征。按照国际中文教育事业的发展路径,将该领域民间教育交流活动分成政府主导型、政府推动型和民间自主型,提出国际中文教育民间组织的发展可以成为政府、企业和市场之间的链接者,可以加强国际中文教育组织的独立性,做到政社分离。在教育交流中形成民间教育组织的自主交流与政府主导型交流的 “双翼”交流形式,做到“官民并举”,成为补充政府和市场的第三方组织。最后,提出 了研究的不足和后续的研究方向。 研究附录提供了国际中文教育民间组织内、外部因素调查问卷。 |

This research,from the perspective of "state-society"relationship,focuses on the notion and features of "non-governmental character" in international Chinese education, influencing factors,functions and roles of "non-governmental character"in education and cultural exchange as well as how to govern non-governmental educational organizations in international Chinese education. After sorting out, analyzing and synthesizing existing studies of non-governmental education and cultural exchange organizations at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the international Chinese education and cultural traditions and cultural conflicts, concludes that non-governmental organizations plays the role of connectors and intermediaries in cultural exchange. Then the conclusion is that competitive pressure, management and operation and funding relationship are major factors affecting "non-governmental character"in international Chinese education, and the three are reciprocal causation. This research consists five chapters. The first part introduces briefly the research background, the significance of topic and general arrangement. It highlights the differences between this study and the existing research results by emphasizing the uniqueness of this study in the research background, research object, research perspective and research methods, so as to clarify the value and significance of this study. The second part serves as definition of the concept of core elements and issues involved in the field. It makes a historical carding and general situation of the nature of the development of folk education in China. The third part analyses the relationship between international Chinese education and cultural exchange through the study on the education and cultural tradition and cultural conflict. This chapter: summarizes the attributes and definitions of civil society and government in international Chinese education and cultural exchanges in the Chinese context. The fourth part is the fourth and fifth chapters which are the whole argumentation process as well as the key point of the research. The analysis process is divided into the main body analysis of international Chinese education and exchange. In this part, the author discusses the specific application and development of the research method of this paper in detail, including the comparison of sample cases of the research object.The fifth part is the sixth and seventh chapters. This part mainly analyzes the correlation between civil society and civil society in civil education and cultural exchange which includes the status, functions and functions of international Chinese education in the context state-society relations. Focusing on the problems in the process of civil exchange, it presents in the last part of the suggestions, countermeasures and role of the international Chinese education civil exchange to give effective path through the analysis of the status function. The sixth part is eighth. This part is conclusion part. It makes review and conclusion of the main points and the creative part of this thesis and proposes the direction of subsequent study. The research appendix provides the questionnaire of the internal and external factors of the international Chinese education organizations. |
