随着高中生物学课程标准的改革,培养学生的生物学核心素养成为生物教学的重心,进化观的培养有利于核心素养的养成,生物学教师应该重视自身进化理论的构建和进化知识的学习。本研究运用国外学者创造的MATE问卷和ECKT问卷测量国家级师范院校北京师范大学和省级师范院校云南师范大学的生物学职前教师对进化理论的接受度、对进化知识的理解。其中,云南师范大学以生物科学专业的大四师范生作为被测者,共收集到54份有效问卷,男生24份,女生30份;北京师范大学生物科学专业的大一、大四师范生作为被测者,共收集到47份有效问卷,大一女生17份,大四女生22份,大四男生8份。研究结论显示,生物学职前教师对进化理论的接受度处于“中等接受度”水平,对进化知识的理解水平较低,且不同学校、年级、性别的师范生群体存在相同点和不同点。

With the reform of high school biology curriculum standards, cultivating students' core biological literacy has become the focus of biology teaching. The cultivation of evolutionary view is conducive to the cultivation of core literacy. Biology teachers should attach importance to the construction of their own evolutionary theory and the learning of evolutionary knowledge.This study applies foreign scholars created Measure of Acceptance of the Theory of Evolution (MATE) questionnaire and Understanding of Evolutionary Content Knowledge Test (ECKT) questionnaire to measure the national normal colleges and universities of Beijing normal university and provincial normal universities of yunnan normal university biology pre-service teachers for the acceptance of the theory of evolution, the understanding of the evolution of knowledge.Among them, Yunnan Normal University took senior normal university students majoring in biological science as subjects, and collected a total of 54 valid questionnaires, including 24 for male students and 30 for female students.As subjects, 47 valid questionnaires were collected from freshmen and seniors majoring in biological science in Beijing Normal University, including 17 female freshmen, 22 female seniors and 8 male seniors.The results show that pre-service biology teachers have a "moderate acceptance" of evolutionary theory and a low level of understanding of evolutionary knowledge, and there are similarities and differences among the groups of normal university students from different schools, grades and genders.
