研究目的及意义:在大数据背景下,利用数字信息进行教学也在慢慢进入各大校园,通过科技让学生更好的学习,得到更好的体验。学生体质健康水平低的原因不外乎就是:体育课时间不够并且容易受到室外环境影响;回家运动得不到专业的指导;体育教师精力有限等。如何制定科学合理的体育家庭作业内容,以及让孩子在家锻炼也能得到专业的指导也是困扰教师、家长的重要问题。本文以中山市柏苑小学四年级学生作为研究对象,探究基于 “AI运动+”APP进行线上布置体育家庭作业,学生通过在线完成体育作业的方式,将学生的身心健康测量前后数据进行对比分析,以评估基于人工智能进行锻炼的效果。 以期为小学体育课中以及课后得到更广泛地应用和推广,为体育教学提供实践指导和理论依据,同时也为学校安排体育家庭作业提供参考依据。

研究方法及对象:通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、实验干预法、量表调查法、数理统计法,参考《国家学生体质健康标准》相关指标,以及《小学生心理健康评定》量表。抽取广东省中山市柏苑中心小学四年级1班和2班共80名小学生作为研究对象,对实验组体育课后布置为期12周的体育家庭作业,对照组只进行普通的体育课程,以《国家学生体质健康标准》和《小学生心理健康评定量表》为实验效果评定指标,衡量线上布置体育家庭作业对小学生身心健康的影响情况。

研究结果:

1)12周干预结束后,与前测数据相比实验组在肺活量(p<0.01)、体重(p<0.05)、50米跑(p<0.01)、坐位体前屈(p<0.01)、一分钟跳绳(p<0.01)、一分钟仰卧起坐(p<0.01);情绪障碍(p=0.007)、性格缺陷(p=0.006)、不良习惯(p=0.031)、行为障碍(p=0.044)方面显著上升,差异具有显著性。

2)12周干预结束后,与前测数据相比对照组在肺活量(p<0.01)、一分钟跳绳(p<0.01)差异具有显著性;其他指标均呈现变化趋势但差异不具有显著性。

3)12周干预结束后,分析实验组与对照组后测之间的数据得出,在坐位体前屈(p=0.010)、一分钟跳绳(p<0.01)、一分钟仰卧起坐(p<0.01)、情绪障碍(p=0.010)、性格缺陷(p=0.034)、不良习惯(p=0.049)、行为障碍(p=0.027)这几项指标差异具有显著性。

研究结论:

(1)利用“AI运动+”APP布置体育家庭作业可促进小学生身体素质;

(2)利用“AI运动+”APP布置体育家庭作业可促进小学生心理健康。

Research purpose and significance: In the context of big data, the use of digital information for teaching is gradually entering various campuses, enabling students to learn better and experience better through technology. The reasons for the low physical health level of students are mainly due to insufficient physical education class time and the influence of outdoor environment; Lack of professional guidance for home exercise; Physical education teachers have limited energy, etc. How to develop scientifically reasonable sports homework content and provide professional guidance for children to exercise at home is also an important issue that troubles teachers and parents. This article takes fourth grade students from Baiyuan Primary School in Zhongshan City as the research object, and explores the online arrangement of sports homework based on the "AI Sports+" app. Students complete sports homework online, and compare and analyze the physical and mental health measurement data of primary school students to evaluate the effectiveness of artificial intelligence based exercise. In order to provide practical guidance and theoretical basis for physical education teaching, as well as reference for schools to arrange physical education homework, it is hoped that it will be widely applied and promoted in primary school physical education classes and after class.

Research methods and objects: By means of literature review, expert interviews, experimental intervention, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, reference to the relevant indicators of the National Physical Health Standards for Students, and the Mental Health Assessment Scale for Primary School Students. A total of 80 primary school students from Class 1 and Class 2 of the fourth grade of Baiyuan Central Primary School in Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province were selected as the research subjects. The experimental group was assigned 12 weeks of physical education homework after class, while the control group was only given regular physical education courses. The experimental effect was evaluated using the "National Student Physical Health Standards" and the "Primary School Student Mental Health Assessment Scale" to measure the impact of online physical education homework on the physical and mental health of primary school students.

Research results :

1) After 12 weeks of intervention, compared with the pre-test data, in the experimental group, Vital capacity (p<0.01), body weight (p<0.05), 50 meter run (p<0.01), sitting posture flexion (p<0.01), one minute rope skipping (p<0.01), one minute Sit-up (p<0.01); There was a significant increase in emotional disorders (p=0.007), personality defects (p=0.006), bad habits (p=0.031), and behavioral disorders (p=0.044), with significant differences.

2) After 12 weeks of intervention, there were significant differences in Vital capacity (p<0.01) and one minute rope skipping (p<0.01) between the control group and the pre-test data; All other indicators show a trend of change, but the difference is not significant.

3) After 12 weeks of intervention, by analyzing the data between the experimental group and the control group in the post test, it was found that there were significant differences in sitting posture flexion (p=0.010), one minute rope skipping (p<0.01), one minute Sit-up (p<0.01), emotional disorders (p=0.010), personality defects (p=0.034), bad habits (p=0.049), and behavioral disorders (p=0.027).

Research conclusion:

(1) Using the "AI Sports+" app to assign sports homework can promote the physical fitness of primary school students;

(2) Using the "AI Sports+" app to assign sports homework can promote the mental health of primary school students.
