唢呐的演奏艺术历史非常悠久,无论是热闹的民间吹打还是高雅的音乐厅独奏,都深深的受到观众的欢迎。但是由于唢呐的演奏技巧多且复杂较难掌握,再加上嘴巴和气息对哨片的控制也较难把握,所以很多唢呐演奏者在学习的过程中就会产生或多或少的心理障碍。长久以来,关于在唢呐舞台演奏中产生的各种心理因素对演奏发挥所造成的不良影响,这一问题一直困扰着很多的唢呐演奏者。而这种心理上的困扰在不同的演奏者身上也表现在不同的方面,如:技术把握不熟练所造成的心理障碍、对舞台怯场所造成的心理障碍、过于兴奋激动所造成的心理障碍等等。本文主要从心理学角度,并结合自身多年从事唢呐舞台演奏的体会和经验等几个方面,通过心理分析、心理暗示和举例证明对唢呐演奏与表演心理进行了探究与总结。

Suona playing art has a very long history, whether it is a lively folk wind and percussion or elegant music hall solo, are deeply welcomed by the audience. But because the suona playing skills and complex is more difficult to grasp, coupled with the mouth and breath control of the reed is difficult to master, so a lot of Suona players will have more or less psychological obstacle in the process of learning. For a long time, the adverse effect of various psychological factors in the stage performance of Suona playing play caused by, this problem has plagued many of the suona performer. And this kind of psychological distress in different performer on the performance in different aspects, such as: grasp the psychological barriers, unskilled technique caused due to the stage fright of mental disorders, too excited by the psychological barrier and so on. This article mainly from a psychological point of view, a few and in light of its own for many years engaged in the suona stage performance experience and experience, through psychological analysis, psychological hint and exemplify the research and summary of the suona playing and performing psychology.
