随着人们对日益增长的物质、文化的需求不断提高，舞蹈这门人体艺术也获得了更多人的认可和推崇，舞蹈教育在中小学中广泛实施。舞蹈教育可以培养学生对舞蹈美的感受力、表现力和初步的鉴赏力、创造力等，进而促进学生的全面发展。作为一项重要的艺术教育，创新思维对舞蹈教育的重要性不言而喻，创新思维是衡量一个人才华高低、能力大小的尺度，也是推动舞蹈教育的关键性力量，舞蹈教师除了教授应有的舞蹈动作外，还应注重学生的创新思维的培养，使学生建立良好的创造性思维模式，逐步丰富舞蹈的内涵，增强舞蹈的表现力和美感，促进学生对舞蹈精髓的掌握。目前，北师大株洲附校舞蹈教育在创新思维方面的培养还存在一定的问题，本文将以其为例，并结合笔者实际的工作经验，提出切实可行的培养学生创新思维的对策，促进舞蹈教育的顺利进行以及学生舞蹈水平的进一步提高。

Currently, Beijing normal university zhuzhou extensions in dance education in the cultivation of innovative thinking aspect also has certain problem, this paper will be in it, for example, and combining the pen of the actual work experience, puts forward feasible countermeasures to cultivate students innovative thinking, promote the smooth progress of dance education and further improve the level of students to dance.
