摘要 本研究运用了反应时测量的技术,旨在研究词语的表象性高低和词语的词性对词语理解的影响以及它们之间的关系。本研究在北京师范大学内随机抽取了34名本科生(之前未做过同类实验),男女生各17名,在统一型号的计算机上运用DMDX程序进行实验,并对取得的结果应用SPSS13.0进行被试分析与项目分析,主要研究词语表象性和词语词性对词语理解的影响,发现表象性和词性对词语理解都有显著的影响,其中高表象性的词语比低表象性的词语更容易理解,名词比动词更容易理解,但是表象性和词性的影响是独立的。

Abstract This study aims at exploring the influence of imageability and grammatical class on the comprehension of words. In addition, relationships between them are analyzed. Technique of response measurement was used to accomplish the procedure of research. A sample of 34 undergraduate students from Beijing Normal University was chosen randomly to participate, including 17 males and 17 females. Subjects were asked to finish tasks by DMDX program on standard type of computer. Results from the experiment were analyzed by SPSS13.0, approaching item analysis and subject analysis. The study finds that: imageability and grammatical class have significant influence on the comprehension of words. And it is easier to understand high level of imageability than low level of imageability, at the same time, nouns are easier to understand than verbs. But imageability and grammatical class have no interaction on comprehension of words.
