当前我国基础教育信息化已进入关键发展期,发展重心需要从建设向深层次应用转移。学校是教育的主场所,课堂是教学的主阵地,教育信息化必须以学校为切入点、深入到课堂教学中。中小学数字校园正是此背景下基础教育信息化发展的未来趋势。2010年国家发布的教育改革规划纲要中明确提出推进中小学数字校园建设。北京市朝阳区于2006年开展部分学校数字校园建设试点项目,2009年市教委发布正式实施方案计划用3年左右时间在全市开展中小学数字校园建设实验工作。中小学数字校园在实践建设应用过程中有其发展的阶段性,体现为技术系统发展及教育教学应用各自都有其渐进式发展的路径。目前北京市中小学数字校园已经进入建设与应用的实质性阶段,中小学数字校园发展的关键内容、影响要素及要素之间的关系值得关注;另一层面,通过对中小学数字校园环境下典型课堂教学案例的分析研究,对优化信息化教学有借鉴意义。本文研究正是围绕以上两方面的问题开展,立足于实践,选取北京市某区(以“S”代表该区)13所中小学数字校园试点学校,通过问卷、访谈、学校自评、专家评价等方式形成评估体系,对数字校园建设实践进行全面调查和了解;同时选取数字校园建设过程中典型的、前瞻性的课堂教学案例,利用弗兰德斯互动分析法和技术应用评估3-D模型(UNESCO,2005报告),对课堂教与学方式、师生互动、技术应用效果进行分析,以反映数字校园环境下课堂教学特征和趋势。通过研究总结数字校园建设现状、发展阶段以及在此环境下课堂教学情况,以推进中小学数字校园可持续发展应用。

At present China's foundation education informationization has developed to a critical period, it emphasizes transforming from infrastructure construction to deep application in teaching and learning. As we all know school is the main area for education, and classroom is the main area for teaching, thus education informationization must go deep into school education and class teaching. Primary and secondary digital school is the trend of future foundation education informationizaton under this circumstance. In 2010 the Outline of China’s National Plan for Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development (2010-2020) was issued, it clearly states that we should promote the construction of digital schools. In 2006, some schools in Chaoyang District carried out the pilot project of digital schools. In 2009, Beijing started the construction of primary and secondary digital school,and planned to complete the project in 3 years. The construction and application of primary and secondary digital school has a developing process, including the technology developing and teaching applicating. Currently the primary and secondary school in Beijing has developed into a virtual stage, we should pay attention to the key content and the affecting factors. On the other hand, the ultimate purpose of primary and secondary digital school is to optimize teaching process and promote education reform, through the analysis of the typical teaching cases in primary and secondary digital schools, we can make more contribution to the foundation education informationizaton. The above are the two core questions of the study, and the study chooses 13 primary and secondary schools in Chaoyang District are as the object, the methods include questionnaires, interviews, school self-assessment, expert evaluation. At the same time typical teaching cases of digital schools are selected to study the teaching characteristics and trends under digital school environment. The methods include the Flanders interaction analysis method and technology assessment of 3-D model (UNESCO, 2005 report). In a word, the study investigates the current situation of the construction and application of Beijing primary and secondary digital schools, as well as the change of teaching methods, theoretically and practically, in order to promote the sustainable development of digital schools.
