当代学校体育在不断完善与发展,学校训练在朝着科学化与系统化迈进,各国体育研究者持续加强对学校引进功能性训练的探讨,正在学校体育内尝试功能性训练。功能性训练对比传统的体能训练,功能性训练方法更加强调训练的科学性、整体性和系统性,它培养的是全身肌肉的协同运动,强调专项运动动作而不是某块肌肉力量。而功能性训练是建立在FMS功能性测试的基础之上,功能性测试运用7个动作测试全面评估运动员身体的损伤情况、灵活性、稳定性和基本动作模式,具有极强的理论和现实意义。 本文挑选湖南省三所中学99名优秀田径运动员,进行了FMS测试,对测试数据全面统计并分析得分情况,研究结果如下:短跑和跨栏运动员大腿前后侧肌群力量不均衡,易造成肌肉拉伤等运动损伤;中长跑运动员肩、髋关节灵活性好,但下肢力量分布不均,灵活性和稳定性较差;投掷运动员上肢灵活性较好,下肢灵活性和稳定性有所欠缺,给专项水平提高造成了阻碍;跳远运动员各处关节灵活性都好,但柔韧性差。各项目运动员的共性问题是是核心力量不足。针对在测试中出现的问题,对学校体育的训练内容与方法提出了合理的对策与建议,希望有助于提高中学生田径运动员训练水平。 |

With the continuous improvement and development of modern school physical education, school training is moving towards scientization and systematization. Sports researchers from all over the world continue to strengthen the discussion of introducing functional training into schools, and are trying functional training in school physical education. Compared with the traditional physical training, the functional training method emphasizes more on the scientific, holistic and systematic training. It cultivates the whole body muscle cooperative movement and emphasizes the special movement rather than a certain muscle strength. The functional training is based on the FMS functional test, which uses seven action tests to comprehensively evaluate the injury, flexibility, stability and basic action mode of athletes. It has a strong theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, 99 excellent track and field athletes from three middle schools in Hunan Province were selected and tested by FMS. The results are as follows: the strength of muscle groups in front and back of thighs of sprinters and hurdlers is not balanced, which is easy to cause muscle strain and other sports injuries; the shoulder and hip joints of middle and long distance runners are flexible, but the strength distribution of lower limbs is uneven, and the flexibility and The stability is poor; the upper limb flexibility of throwers is good, the lower limb flexibility and stability are deficient, which hinders the improvement of the special level; the long jump athletes have good flexibility in all joints, but poor flexibility. The common problem of the athletes is the lack of core strength. In view of the problems in the test, this paper puts forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions on the training contents and methods of school sports, hoping to help improve the training level of middle school students' track and field athletes. |
