对有机废弃物进到厌氧发酵，既产生出沼气，又净化了环境。厌氧发酵残留物(主要是沼液)的综合利用已引起广大农村科技工作者和浓厚兴趣，弄取得了一定成绩。本研究工作对沼液中的游离蛋白氨基酸进行定性定量测定，以期能正确指导厌氧发酵残留液和综合利用。用阳离子交换树脂预处理沼液。用正交试验研究了蛋白氨基酸的三氟乙酰正丁液衍生物的最佳衍生化条件，选择了较优的反应时间和温度，建立了它们的毛细管们气相色谱定性定定量方法。灵敏度试验表明，本方法最小检测量的0.22ng.测定了七种不同原料的厌氧发酵残留液和两种鱼饵料中的游离蛋白氨茎酸，效果较理想。详细地研究了它们的衍生物的EI质谱数据，并进引了讲库栓索，确定不同氨基酸衍生物的结构。

In this study,the liquid residues of ａnaerobic digestion were treated by means of ion-exchange. A method for the determination of nineteen protein amino acids the N(O)-Trifluoroacetyl n-butyl derivatives has been described. The derivation conditions were made with the orthogonal test L9(34)The derivatives were analysed by the gas chromato-graphy. Good separations were obtained by using a silica capillary column coated with OV-101(except for Glu.and Lys.).Seven different liguid residues of anaerobic digestion and two fish baits were analysed with GC. The structure of the derivatives were determined by mass speｃtrometry.
