残疾人社会融入是尊重和保障残疾人权利的彰显,随着社会不断进步和发展,有关残疾人权益保障的政策体系日趋完善,但由于残疾人在生理、心理以及社会层面面临诸多挑战与障碍,残疾人社会融入状况不容乐观。作为残疾人的重要组成部分,轻度智障者由于智力和适应行为障碍,生存状况更为严峻,他们的社会融入过程面临诸多困境。

本文以 J 机构轻度智障者为研究对象,运用参与式观察法与半结构式访谈法收集资料,以社会支持理论和增权赋能理论为理论框架,探究 J 机构轻度智障者社会融入困境、分析原因,设计小组活动方案并开展小组活动,评估小组成效。调查发现轻度智障者的社会融入面临学习、交往、认知三重困境:学习方面具体表现为规则意识匮乏;交往方面具体表现为交往能力较弱;认知方面具体表现为身份认同危机。轻度智障者社会融入困境受个人、家庭及社会支持网络的影响。针对这些问题,关注服务对象能力和价值,设计小组活动方案并开展小组活动,提供支持服务。通过过程评估和结果评估表明小组工作方法能有效提升轻度智障者的规则意识、人际交往能力以及自我概念,促进轻度智障者融入社会。

研究得出小组工作能有效应对轻度智障者社会融入困境。小组工作的价值理念、工作技巧及所发挥的支持功能与残疾人事业发展理念相契合,是介入轻度智障者社会融入困境的有效途径,但小组实务在活动设计和实务开展上仍存在不足之处。最后,从小组介入成效及社工自身两方面进行反思,旨在补充小组工作介入轻度智障者社会融入困境的实务研究,以期推动相关研究纵深发展。

The social integration of persons with disabilities is a manifestation of respect and protection of their rights. With the continuous progress and development of society, the policy system for the protection of the rights and interests of persons with disabilities has become increasingly perfect. However, due to the many challenges and obstacles faced by persons with disabilities at the physical, psychological and social levels, the social integration of persons with disabilities is not optimistic. As an important part of the disabled, the mildly retarded are facing many difficulties in social integration because of their intelligence and adaptive behavior disorders.
In this paper, participants with mild intellectual disabilities in Institution J are selected as the research objects, data are collected by participatory observation and semi-structured interview, and social support theory and empowerment theory are used as the theoretical framework to explore the difficulties of social integration of mildly intellectual disabilities in Institution J, analyze the causes, design group activity plans and carry out group activities, and evaluate the effectiveness of the group. It is found that the social integration of mildly retarded people faces three difficulties: learning, communication and cognition. In terms of communication, the specific performance is weak communication ability; The cognitive aspect is manifested as identity crisis. The social integration difficulties of mild intellectual disabilities are influenced by individuals, families and social support networks. In view of these problems, focus on the ability and value of the service target, design and carry out group activities, and provide support services. The process evaluation and result evaluation show that group work method can effectively improve the rule awareness, interpersonal skills and self-concept of mild intellectual disability, and promote the integration of mild intellectual disability into society.
It is concluded that group work can effectively deal with the difficulties of social integration of mildly retarded people. The values, working skills and supporting functions of group work are in line with the career development concept of the disabled, which is an effective way to intervene in the social integration difficulties of the mildly mentally disabled. However, there are still shortcomings in the activity design and practice development of group work. Finally, the paper reflects on the effectiveness of group intervention and social workers themselves, aiming to supplement the practical research on group work intervention in the social integration dilemma of mildly mentally disabled people, in order to promote the in-depth development of relevant research.
