对于离开高考指挥棒的大学生们,可能在大学阶段会陷入自我渺茫的状态,失去奋斗、努力的目标和方向,看到不到当前努力的意义何在。箱庭疗法是一种以荣格分析心理学作为重要理论基础的心理咨询方法,来访者通过制作箱庭作品,可实现自我与自性的连结,增强核心的生命力、实现心灵的整合以及深远的人生目标,在挑战与境遇中赋予个体新的目标和意义。

本研究的研究对象为缺乏生命意义感的大学生个案。通过电话访谈、初始谈话咨询,收集来访者的背景资料以及成长信息,并采用箱庭疗法对其进行干预。过程中,使用《生命意义感量表》《抑郁-焦虑-压力量表简体中文版问卷》进行定量分析,评估其在咨询前后的生命意义感以及情绪状态改善情况。与此同时,通过对箱庭作品的动沙情况、玩具使用情况、混乱程度变化、空间结构变化、自性群集显现等维度信息进行定性分析,评估箱庭疗法针对增强个体对自我及环境的连贯性理解、目标感和意义感的干预效果与机制。

在箱庭疗法的咨询效果方面,量化分析结果发现来访者的《抑郁-焦虑-压力量表简体中文版问卷》总分下降明显。其中,抑郁从咨询前的中度抑郁状态转为正常状态,焦虑、压力,尽管前后测均处于正常范围,但其程度明显减轻。尽管《生命意义感量表》前后测总分差异不大,但拥有意义感(MLQ-P)和寻找意义感(MLQ-S)子量表得分变化明显。MLQ-P后测得分明显提升,与假设一致。MLQ-S后测得分降低,与假设不一致。从箱庭咨询过程的质性分析结果来看,来访者的箱庭作品经历了空间上从混乱到有序,时间上过去、现在、未来交替出现的过程。来访者对生命意义感的理解发生了明显变化,认为意义并非在空想中获得,而是在行动中体验并获得的,且现实生活中的行动力逐渐得到提升。在箱庭疗法的治疗机制方面,本研究发现来访者经历了在混乱中探索秩序、秩序重构与自我整合、自我治愈的改变历程。母子一体性为自我整合提供可能,自由与受保护的空间提供安全基地,释放与转化虚无、抑郁等情绪,呈现并梳理来访者内在的混乱状态,自我与自性的联结推动新的自我诞生,连接过去、现在与未来,增强自我连贯感,重构内在秩序,增强目标感和意义感是本研究发现的箱庭疗法对生命意义感缺失大学生干预有效性可能的机制。本研究结果表明,个体箱庭疗法可以有效改善缺乏生命意义感的个体的状态。本研究拓展了对生命意义感的干预方法、干预形式,并对干预机制进行充分讨论和详细说明,亦为高校心理咨询针对缺乏生命意义感的大学生的干预提供了可参考的方法。

外文摘要:

This study adopted the method of case study,  and tried to use sandplay therapy to intervene college students who lack the sense of meaning in life,  so as to improve negative cognition,  emotion and behavior,  integrate self,  reconstruct internal order and enhance the individual's sense of meaning in life.

The counsellor conducted 11 sessions with the client,  which could be divided into the initial stage -- the search for order in chaos (1-6 sessions),  the middle stage -- order reconstruction and self-integration (7-9 sessions),  and the end stage -- self-healing (10-11 sessions).From the consultation process of the sandplay,  the visitors' sandplay works have experienced the process from chaos to order in space,  and the past,  present and future appear alternately in time. During the consultation process,  the clients' understanding of the meaning of life has changed significantly,  and their motivation in real life has been gradually improved. From the scale score,  the total score of the client's "Depression-Anxiety-Stress Simplified Chinese Version Questionnaire" dropped to 12 points,  and the three dimensions of depression,  anxiety and stress all returned to normal levels. Although there was no significant difference in the total scores before and after the Life Meaning Scale,  there were significant differences in the scores of having meaning (MLQ-P) and searching for meaning (MLQ-S) subscales. The MLQ-P post-test score increased to 25 points,  consistent with the hypothesis. The post-test score of MLQ-S was reduced to 17 points,  which was inconsistent with the hypothesis.

In summary,  all aspects of the data support that the consultation in this case study has played a good intervention effect,  reducing the client's negative emotions such as depression and anxiety,  reducing the negative cognition of the meaning of life,  enhancing the sense of self-coherence,  having a certain sense of purpose and meaning,  and enhancing the motivation of action. The research proves that the intervention of box court therapy has certain applicability and feasibility for college students who lack the sense of life meaning.
