研究目的:随着新的课程标准的颁布,使基础教育体育与健康课程也向全新的发展阶段迈进。在本次的课程标准改革中,在普通高中体育与健康课程中,新增设了体能模块作为必修内容,这无疑是凸显了体能教学的重要价值。作为21 世纪初传入的全新体能练习体系——CrossFit,被世界多地的健身爱好者推崇,原因在于它能在一定的时间内让人们的身体健康得到切实有效的增长。因此,本研究尝试从促进高中男生体能发展的角度出发,将CrossFit练习理念应用在高中体育课堂教学中,探索CrossFit对于高中男生体能发展的影响。

研究方法:本论文通过文献资料法、访谈法、实验法和数理统计法,CrossFit训练对高中男生体能的影响为研究对象,选取北京师范大学第二附属中学高一年级的四个班共60名的男生作为实验对象,实验前随机将两个班的男生设为实验组,另外两个班的男生设为对照组,运用实验法对这四个班共60名的男生进行12周的干预实验,每周进行两次训练,在每次体育课下课前的10-12分钟进行练习,实验组进行CrossFit训练,对照组进行传统体能练习,进行相关的训练。在经过12周的实验之后,借助SPSS软件对实验前和实验后得出的数据进行比较和分析,探究CrossFit训练对高中男生体能的影响。

研究结果:1、实验后实验组男生除坐位体前屈和1000米这两个项目不具有显著提高外,50米、引体向上、立定跳远和20秒反复横跨均有显著提高。2、实验后对照组男生在50米和1000米项目上有一定显著地提升,但在引体向上、立定跳远、坐位体前屈和20秒反复横跨项目上没有发生比较明显地变化。3、在实验后实验组男生与对照组男生的测试数据相比,在50米、立定跳远、引体向上、1000米、坐位体前屈和20秒反复横跨项目上有更多地提升。

研究结论:1、CrossFit训练对实验对象的耐力和柔韧素质的提升,从1000米和坐位体前屈的测试数据来看,没有显著的帮助。2、CrossFit训练可以在保证实验对象安全的前提下,提高实验对象的速度、力量和灵敏素质。3、CrossFit训练相比传统体能练习,对学生的50米、立定跳远、引体向上、坐位体前屈和20秒反复横跨的成绩提高更为明显。4、根据CrossFit训练独有的特点,对于场地、器械和训练时间的不限,能让体育教师更好助制定学生们的体能训练计划,也能更高效地帮助学生提升体能。

 


外文摘要:

Research purposes: With the promulgation of the new curriculum standards, the physical education and health curriculum of basic education has also moved forward to a new stage of development. In this curriculum standard reform, the physical fitness module has been added as a required content in the physical education and health curriculum of ordinary high schools, which undoubtedly highlights the important value of physical fitness teaching. As a new physical fitness training system introduced at the beginning of the 21st century, CrossFit is highly praised by fitness enthusiasts all over the world because it can effectively increase people's physical health in a certain period of time. Therefore, from the perspective of promoting the physical development of high school boys, this study attempts to apply the crossfire practice concept to high school physical education classroom teaching, and explore the impact of crossfire on the physical development of high school boys.

Research methods:Through the methods of literature, interview, experiment and mathematical statistics, this paper takes the influence of crossfire training on the physical fitness of high school boys as the research object, and selects 60 boys from four classes in grade one of the Second Affiliated Middle School of Beijing Normal University as the experimental object. Before the experiment, the boys from two classes are randomly set as the experimental group, and the boys from the other two classes are set as the control group, The experimental method was used to conduct a 12 week intervention experiment on 60 boys in these four classes. They were trained twice a week and practiced 10-12 minutes before the end of each physical education class. The experimental group was trained with crossfit, and the control group was trained with traditional physical training. After the 12 week experiment, the data obtained before and after the experiment were compared and analyzed with the help of SPSS software to explore the impact of crossfire training on the physical fitness of high school boys.

Results: 1. After the experiment, the male students in the experimental group had significant improvement in 50m, pull-up, standing long jump and 20 second repeated crossing, except for the two items of sitting forward bending and 1000m. 2. After the experiment, the boys in the control group improved significantly in the 50m and 1000m events, but there was no significant change in the pull-up, standing long jump, sitting forward bending and 20 second repeated crossing events. 3. After the experiment, compared with the test data of the boys in the control group, the boys in the experimental group improved more in the items of 50 meters, standing long jump, pull up, 1000 meters, sitting forward bending and 20 second repeated crossing.

Research conclusion:1.Crossfit training did not significantly improve the endurance and flexibility of the subjects. According to the test data of 1000 meter running and sitting body flexion, it did not help. 2. Crossfit training can improve the speed, strength and agility of experimental subjects on the premise of ensuring their safety. 3. Compared with traditional physical training, CrossFit training can significantly improve students' performance in 50m, standing long jump, pull up, sitting forward bending and 20s repeated crossing. 4. According to the unique characteristics of crossfire training, unlimited venues, equipment and training time can enable physical education teachers to better help develop students' physical fitness training plans, and help students improve their physical fitness more efficiently.
