健康是贯穿人类一生的永恒话题,是国家和社会共同的希望和追求。体育作为一门综合性学科,其学科任务不仅包括对体育运动项目的讲解与传授,更重要的是向学生传授正确的健康观念与健康知识技能,使学生养成良好的生活方式与行为习惯。现阶段的学校健康教育主要以体育与健康课程为载体,并在体育课程中设立了专门的健康教育专题。然而,体育课程中健康教育的价值多数学校和教师并未引起重视,在实际的体育教学中往往忽视了健康教育的渗透和讲解,导致健康教育模块的价值未在学校体育课程中得到充分发挥。在“大健康”社会背景下,体育课程如何较好的融合健康教育,让健康教育落实到体育课堂的实处成为现阶段亟待解决的重要课题。

本文随机抽取泸州市三个区四个县的14所高中作为调查对象,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法和实地考察法对泸州市高中体育与健康课程中健康教育模块教学现状、存在的问题以及教师和学生的健康知识素养状况进行全面的调查分析,并据此提出针对性建议,旨在推动高中体育与健康课程中健康教育模块教学的有效落实,促进高中体育课堂教学改革提供一定的理论参考和借鉴意义。本文研究结论如下:

(1)泸州市高中当前体育健康教育模块教学的开展情况不容乐观,体育教健康教育模块理论课课时严重不足,未达到《普通高中体育与健康课程标准》规定的要求。

(2) 泸州市高中体育健康教育评价机制不健全,多数学校没有考核评价标准,对学生评价的主观性较强;体育教师在健康教育模块教学中使用的教学方法及组织形式较为单一,创新性不足,缺少吸引力,学生参与满意度不高。

(3)泸州市高中为学生提供的健康教育教材以体育课本为主,体育教材中的健康教育内容相比于课标所要求的内容有所缺失,且教材版本众多,质量良莠不齐,没有统一标准。

(4)在所调查的泸州市体育教师当中,多数教师不具备系统的健康教育知识体系,担任健康教育课程教学的能力不足,从体育教师的健康知识水平以及健康教育开展现状来看,体育课程难以“扛”下健康教育这面“大旗”。

在重新审视健康教育的价值、解读新时代健康教育理念的基础上,针对泸州市高中健康教育模块教学实施过程中存在的问题,本研究提出了以下建议:

(1)建立健全健康教育人才培养体系,打造专职健康教育师资队伍;

(2)完善监督评价问责机制,优化资源配置结构;

(3)加强学校与家庭、社会各方面的协调工作,强化健康教育政策执行力度;

Health is an eternal topic throughout human life, is the common hope and pursuit of the country and society. As a comprehensive subject, the task of physical education includes not only the explanation and teaching of sports, but also the teaching of correct health concept and health knowledge and skills to help students form good life style and behavior habits. At present, the school health education mainly takes the physical education and the health curriculum as the carrier, and has established the special health education special topic in the physical education curriculum. However, most schools and teachers do not pay attention to the value of health education in P. E. curriculum, which often ignores the penetration and explanation of health education in actual P. Under the social background of "Great Health", how to integrate health education into physical education has become an important issue to be solved at this stage.

This paper selects 14 high schools in three districts and four counties of Luzhou City as the objects of investigation, and makes an overall investigation and analysis on the present situation and existing problems of health education module teaching in Luzhou High School Physical Education and Health Course by using the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and on-the-spot investigation, and puts forward some pertinent suggestions so as to promote the effective implementation of health education module teaching in High School Physical Education and Health Course and provide some theoretical reference and reference significance for promoting the reform of high school physical education classroom teaching. The conclusions are as follows:

(1) The physical education teachers in Luzhou have a vague understanding of the teaching objectives of the health education module, and the theoretical class hours of the health education module are seriously insufficient, which fails to meet the requirements of the Standards for Physical Education and Health Curriculum in Ordinary High Schools.

(2) The evaluation mechanism of high school physical education in Luzhou is not sound, most schools have no evaluation criteria, and the subjective evaluation of students is relatively strong; the teaching methods and organizational forms used by physical education teachers in the health education module teaching are relatively single, lack of innovation, lack of attraction, and low satisfaction with students' participation.

(3) The health education textbooks provided by Luzhou Senior High School for students are mainly physical education textbooks, and the health education contents in the physical education textbooks are missing compared with the contents required by the curriculum standards, and the editions of the textbooks are numerous, the quality is mixed, and there is no unified standard.

(4) Among the investigated physical education teachers in Luzhou City, most of them do not have a systematic knowledge system of health education and lack the ability to teach health education courses. From the health knowledge level of physical education teachers and the current situation of health education, it is difficult for physical education courses to carry the "banner" of health education.

Based on the re-examination of the value of health education and the interpretation of the concept of health education in the new era, this study puts forward the following suggestions in view of the problems existing in the implementation of health education in physical education and health curriculum of Luzhou High School.     

(1) Establish and improve the health education personnel training system, and build a full-time health education faculty;

(2) Improve the supervision and evaluation accountability mechanism, optimize the structure of resource allocation;

(3) We should strengthen the coordination among schools, families and society, and strengthen the implementation of health education policies;
