随着信息技术蓬勃发展，网络作为承载和传递信息的重要工具渗透进人们生活的各个领域，越来越多的网民愿意在网络中表达自己的意见。当前网络空间蕴含的多元社会思潮，为人们提供便利的同时也为负面信息兴风作浪提供了温床，网民的思想不可避免会受到不良影响，导致产生偏激的网络戾气。网络戾气具有非理性、突发性、传染性、极端性的特征，网民在表达意见的过程中容易受网络戾气的影响，做出不理智的行为，危害网络空间的健康发展和现实社会的和谐稳定，为此需要对网络戾气进行全面研究，积极寻找化解网络戾气的有效途径。网络戾气的产生是多方面因素综合作用的结果，与网络平台、网络行为主体、焦点事件、现实社会都有所关联。基于此可以相应地提出治理网络戾气的策略，从加强法治建设、提升网民素养、培育主流意识形态认同感、加强社会建设四个方面共同努力，遏制网络戾气的产生，化解网络戾气。

With the vigorous development of information technology, the internet, as a significant tool for carrying and transmitting information, has penetrated into various fields of people's life.More and more netizens are willing to express their opinions on the internet. At present, cyberspace contains diverse social ideologies, providing convenience for people while also providing a breeding ground for negative information to stir up trouble. The thoughts of netizens will inevitably be adversely affected, resulting in extreme network hostility. Internet rage has the characteristics of irrationality, suddenness, contagiousness, and extremism.Netizens are prone to be influenced by network hostility in the process of expressing their opinions, and making irrational behaviors, which endangers the harmonious development of cyberspace and the stability of real society. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive study on network hostility and actively seek effective ways to resolve it. The generation of network hostility is the result of the comprehensive action of multiple factors, which is related to the network platform, the network behavior subject, the focus event and the real society. Based on this, we can put forward corresponding strategies to deal with Internet rage, and make joint efforts from four aspects: strengthening the construction of the rule of law, improving the literacy of netizens, cultivating mainstream ideological identity, and strengthening social construction to curb the emergence of network hostility and resolve it.
