微滴式数字 PCR 是近年来兴起的一种新的绝对定量分析技术,因其操作简单,且灵敏度和准确度高的特点而广泛被应用于核酸的检测。但是目前这种技术在鸟类血液寄生虫感染感染强度方面的应用较少。本实验使用感染不同谱系支血液寄生虫的鸟类血液样本作为模板对 ddPCR 技术进行测试,证明了在引物合适的条件下,ddPCR 可以定量检测出鸟类血液样本中不同谱系支寄生虫的感染强度。

Droplet digital PCR(ddPCR), is an absolutely quantitive analysis technology which rises in recent years. It has been widely used in the detection of nucleic acids for its simple operation as well as its high sensitivity and accuracy. However,the application of this method in testing birds blood parasite infection intensity is a little at present. The experiment tested ddPCR with birds blood, which infected blood parasite of different lineages, proved that ddPCR was able to quantitatively detect the infection intensity of different lineages if with suitable primers.
