本研究以在校大学生为调查对象，研究了夫妻权力的结构、影响因素以及父母权力分配模式对在校大学生职业生涯发展倾向的影响。462份有效数据分析结果表明：（1）样本家庭中夫妻双方平权模式更普遍，且夫权家庭比例高于妻权家庭。“男主外，女主内”的传统家庭分工模式依然清晰存在，家庭重大事务决策由丈夫做主，家庭日常事务决策则由妻子做主。（2）家庭重大事务决策权相比于家庭日常事务决策权和个人事务决策权更能预测家庭实权。（3）夫妻双方相对经济贡献、相对教育子女贡献、相对职业地位水平、相对抚养子女贡献能显著预测夫妻权力关系，相对资源更高的一方更易掌握实权；京沪地区家庭多以妻权为主，西部地区相比于中部和东部地区夫权家庭比重更大；当子女性别为女且处于更高年级，同时家庭年收入越高时，其来自母权家庭的概率会更大。（4）基于生涯建构理论，研究表明，父权家庭中成长出来的大学生具有较强的成绩接近目标导向并持有成就实现职业价值观，而母权家庭中成长出来的大学生具有较高的生涯好奇水平。

This study takes college students as the research object, and studies the structure of marital power, influencing factors and the influence of parental power on the career development of college students. The analysis results of 462 valid data show that: (1) In the sample family, husband and wife tend to have equal power, and the proportion of patriarchal family is higher than that of matriarchal family. The family labor division model of ' outside men and inside women ' is still common, with the husband making major family decisions while the wife making daily decisions. (2) The decision-making power of family major affairs can better predict the real power than the decision-making power of daily affairs and individual affairs. (3) The relative economic contribution, relative contribution to educating children and raising children, relative professional status can significantly predict the marital power. The one who have higher relative resources have more real power. Matriarchal families are more likely to appear in Beijing and Shanghai. Compared with the central and eastern regions, patriarchal families are more likely to appear in western regions. When the child is female and in a higher grade, and the annual income of the family is higher, the probability of coming from the matriarchal family will be greater. (4) The college students from the patriarchal family tend to have achievement approach goal orientation and hold achievement realization professional values, while the college students from the matriarchal family tend to have higher level of career curiosity.
