进入到《德法年鉴》时期的马克思摆脱了自我意识哲学和黑格尔理性国家观的影响，转向费尔巴哈的哲学，借鉴费尔巴哈的“主谓颠倒”原则，展开了对黑格尔法哲学的批判工作。“主谓颠倒”原则是贯穿《黑格尔法哲学批判》的哲学方法，马克思不仅运用它批判黑格尔思辨唯心主义哲学，初步确立唯物主义的哲学立场，而且也颠覆了黑格尔的君主立宪制体系，初步阐发了他的民主制和代议制国会思想，为自己的国家观寻找到了哲学基础和方法论支撑。更为重要的是，这一方法开启了马克思系统地批判政治异化和人的异化的序幕，促使马克思由政治批判转向政治经济学批判，成为马克思创作《论犹太人问题》、《1844年经济学哲学手稿》等著作的起点。本文以“主谓颠倒”原则为线索来研究马克思的《黑格尔法哲学批判》，从哲学方法论的角度来分析马克思批判黑格尔哲学和理性国家观，进而得出他的政治学观点的过程，并进一步论证这一方法对马克思思想发展的重要作用。

When came to the period of Deutsch–Französische Jahrbücher(German–French Annals), Marx disengaged the influence of the philosophy of self-consciousness and Hegel’s rational idea of state. He turned to Feuerbach's philosophy and accepted the principle of “reversal of subject and predicate”. With the principle which is the main philosophical method that through the whole Critique on Hegel's Philosophy of Right, Marx began to critize Hegel's philosophy of right. In fact, with this principle Marx not only criticized speculative idealism of Hegel, further confirmed his standpoint of materialism, but also overturned Hegel's constitutional monarchy system, preliminary elucidated his thought of democracy and representative congress and found the philosophical basis and methodological support for his own idea of state. Evenmore important, this method means the beginning of his systematical critique of alienation of politics and alienation of humanbeings, it drove Marx from political critique to the critique of political economy and finally became the starting point for his On the Jewish Question, Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of 1844 and so on. This thesis is a study of Marx’s Critique on Hegel's Philosophy of Right which will focus on the principle of “reversal of subject and predicate” and with the perspective of philosophical methodology. It will analysis how Marx criticized Hegel’s philosophy and his rational idea of state and by which way he reached his own political thought. Moreover, it will prove the importance in the development of Marx's thought.
