随着全球资产管理规模的不断扩大以及在新冠疫情影响下人们理财意识不断增强，人们对于理财服务的需求日益增长，加之人工智能、大数据等新兴技术的快速发展，智能理财服务快速发展起来。通过对已有文献的学习，本文总结了智能投顾和智能理财助理服务的特征及其应用场景，对比传统投顾的局限阐释了金融科技背景下理财顾问服务从传统人工咨询向智能化转型的必然趋势。为了更深入的研究智能理财服务，本论文以蚂蚁财富为研究对象，分析了蚂蚁财富智能理财服务的具体内容和各个服务板块的优势与劣势，从中总结出对理财顾问服务在智能化转型中的一些建议，包括提升理财服务智能化水平等方面，为智能理财服务的更好发展从服务供应商的角度提供了借鉴和参考。

In order to conduct a more in-depth study of intelligent financial services, this paper focuses on Ant Wealth as the research object, analyzes the specific content of Ant Wealth's intelligent financial services and the advantages and disadvantages of each service sector. From this, some suggestions for the intelligent transformation of financial advisory services are summarized, including improving the level of intelligent financial services, providing reference and reference for the better development of intelligent financial services from the perspective of service providers.
