本报告通过审视影视传媒业态现状,对影视作品的评价体系和传播效果进行了钩沉,最终将它们放置于格式塔心理学整体性和场域理论框架中,通过认知神经科学和人工智能技术方式,以求在多传播渠道、多媒介形态境遇下,洞察受众潜意识认知心理。以获取到的情绪数据为修订依据来提升作品质量,并在国际文化贸易中占据一席之地。本报告的结论是: 1.技术演变推进媒介方式变革,受众处于冗杂的媒介环境之中。 2. 人脑加工信息分为有意识和潜意识两个系统,目 前在影视评估中欠缺潜意识洞察。 3.认知神经传播学技术革新,使瞬间效果解蔽受众潜意识成为可能。 4. 面部表情作为表达自身情绪和传递信息的主要方式,是非语言交流的重要信息通路,蕴藏着反映情绪变化的大量关联性信息。随着数据采集的易得化和通信技术云计算的便利性,为实现群体性意见和大概率调研提供研究基础。 5. 人工智能模拟和拓展了人的读、说、听、写、看等能力,但仍缺失一颗能读懂人意的心,FACS 使计算机洞察人的情绪,挖掘人的潜意识成为可能,促使影视艺术学和传播学的研究方式及研究视角转换革新。 6. 本文通过对FACS 人脸情绪识别和受众情绪洞察的探究,在人工智能视域下可以开拓影视评估受众研究新范式。 7. 在对外文化传播过程中,微表情文化共性对于破解文化折扣,提高传播效率有巨大作用。

外文摘要:

By reviewing the status quo of film and television communication, this paper has explored the evaluation system and communication effects of film and television works. The holistic perspective of Gestalt Psychology and Field theory are adopted as the framework, and cognitive neuroscience and artificial intelligence techniques are taken to shed light on the unconscious cognition of audience under multiple communication channels and forms of media. The acquired emotion data are used to enhance film and television quality so as to help them succeed in international culture and trade. The conclusions are drawn as follows: 1. Technological evolution promotes the transformation of forms of media, and audiences are in a complex media environment. 2. The human brain processes information in conscious and unconscious systems. Currently, there is a lack of research unconsciousness of audience in film and television evaluation. 3. Innovations in Cognitive-neural communication science make it possible to uncover the unconsciousness of the audience with instant effects. 4. Facial expressions, as the main way to express one's emotions and transmit information, is an important channel for non-verbal communication, and contains a large amount of relevant information reflecting emotional changes. The availability of data collection and the convenience of communication technologies and cloud computing constitute a basis for research on public opinions and large-scale investigations. 5. Artificial intelligence simulates and extends human’s ability to read,speak,listen,write, and see, still it can not read human mind. FACS makes it possible for computers to perceive people's emotions and tapthe unconsciousness, and thus drives the transformation and innovation of research methods and perspectives in film and television art and communication science. 6. Through the exploration of FACS facial emotion recognition and audience emotion, this paper can develop a new paradigm for film and television work evaluation and audience research from the perspective of artificial intelligence. 7. In the process of external cultural communication, the cultural commonality of micro expressions plays an important role in narrowing cultural barriers and improving communication efficiency.
