国外实践证明EAP是提升员工幸福感和心理资本的最佳方式, EAP的导入应当遵循中国的实际,而不应该盲目照搬照抄。本研究的目的是开发一款适合企业员工压力管理使用的培训软件,经过科学验证,弥补国内压力管理培训软件空白,为EAP服务增添一项工具。本研究根据Jerrold S.Greenberg提出的全面压力管理理论,开发一款《压力管理培训软件》。软件设计完成后,以102名大学生为样本,采用2*2的混合设计,被试随机分配到软件培训的实验组和讲授培训的控制组。前后测压力反应水平为被试内变量,不同培训方式为被试间变量。培训结束后,要求所有被试形成适合自己的“压力管理行动计划”。21天后,被试再次接受前测的压力反应测量。研究的结果主要有: (1)实验组和对照组的被试对培训效率、培训效果及总体满意度的评价没有显著差异;(2)实验组各项压力反应水平后测均较前测显著下降;对照组生理压力反应和总压力反应水平后测较前测显著下降,行为压力反应和心理压力反应前后测无显著变化。(3)实验组被试执行个体内部干预、人际关系干预和总执行的策略次数显著高于对照组。综上所述,本研究的结论是:(1)本研究开发的压力管理培训软件具备一定的科学性和实用性,培训软件具有趣味性、简易型、易操作性、对培训师要求低等特点;(2)压力管理培训软件的使用可降低受训者的压力反应水平,较传统讲授式培训对行为压力反应和心理压力反应的降低作用更为显著。(3)使用压力管理培训软件的学员主动使用个体内部干预和人际关系干预策略的次数更多。
外文摘要:
EAP is regarded as one of the best ways to help promote happiness and psychological capital of employees. Introduction of EAP should take into account the current situation in China, and not just copy or imitate blindly. The purpose of this research was to develop a training software which was suitable for stress management of enterprise’ employees and could fill the gap in local stress management software through scientific test and verification, so as to add a new tool for EAP services.Based on Jerrold S.Greenberg’s comprehensive stress management theory , this research developed a stress management training software. Based on 2*2 mixed design, 102 university students were randomly assigned to experimental group of software training and control group of teaching training. Test time was within-subjects variable and training group was between-subjects variable. After trainings, all participants were asked to complete their own “stress management action plans”. After 21 days, participants received post-test stress reaction measure. The results of the research were mainly as follows:(1)There was no significant difference between evaluations of training efficiency, training effect and overall satisfaction between experimental group and control group;(2) All stress reaction levels significantly decreased from pre-test to post-test in experimental group. Physiological stress reaction and overall stress levels significantly reduced compared to pre-test levels in control group, while there was no significant change in pre-test and post-test behavioral stress reaction and psychological stress reaction;(3) The times of carrying out individual internal intervention and interpersonal relationship intervention of experiment group were significantly more than that of control group.To sum up, this study concludes: (1) the stress management training software was scientific, practical, interesting, simple and operable, which has low requirement to the trainer; (2) the employment of stress management software can reduce stress levels of trainees more significantly than traditional teaching training reduce behavior stress reaction and psychological stress reaction; (3) the times that trainees who use stress management training software actively employ the stress management strategy are more.
