竞赛法作为体育教学中重要的教学方法之一,在体育课教学中发挥着积极作用。健美操是比较受现代大学生青睐的运动项目,是很多学生在课余时常采用的健身锻炼手段。高等学校健美操课重在激发和培养学生的体育兴趣,为他们的终身体育奠定基础并提高其体育能力,使他们身体素质结构更加完善。因此依据大学生的身心特点,寻求有效的健美操教学方法达成其教学目的,是值得思考和去积极实践探索的问题。本研究结合健美操教学的特点,针对北京市普通高校健美操教学中运用竞赛法的情况,通过调查分析其所存在的问题,进而从教学法的角度,尝试借鉴运动教育模式,使之有机的融入到高校健美操教学实践,充分利用其合理要素来提高教学效果。探究在健美操教学中合理运用竞赛法的方法,解决现有问题,旨在优化健美操教学,为健美操教学提供良性借鉴。本研究采用文献资料法 、问卷调查法 、专家访谈法、数理统计法、实验法以及观察法,对以北京市普通高校健美操教学中运用竞赛法的情况进行现状调查,分析调查中所存在的问题,并在北京市普通高校健美操教学中进行合理运用竞赛的教学试验研究。研究结果表明:1、北京市普通高校健美操教学中运用竞赛法的现状:1)竞赛法较少运用;2)竞赛法多以小组比赛的形式简单用于单元教学后期,没有落实运动文化的传递;3)竞赛法的运用有积极作用,同时也能带来消极影响。2、目前北京市普通高校健美操教学中运用竞赛法存在的问题:1)竞赛法在健美操教学中运用较少;2)竞赛法在健美操教学中运用的单元设计不够合理;3)竞赛法在健美操教学中运用的方法策略不够合理;4)竞赛法在健美操教学中运用的教学组织不够合理;5)竞赛法在健美操教学中运用的课内外的结合不够合理。3、健美操教学中借鉴应用运动教育合理要素的教学试验结果表明:1)在基本专项技术课时量减少的情况下,学生掌握健美操基本专项技术达到大纲中要求,教学效果没有下降;2)去除乏味枯燥的专项素质训练,但同样达到学生身体素质提高的效果;3)学生在健美操创编能力方面的教学效果,有很大的提升,明显优于传统教学法;4)较传统教学法的优越之处是,学生对竞赛法健美操教学的赞同,激发和培养了学生学习健美操兴趣;5)学生角色扮演及受教育性方面的教学效果明显优于传统教学法健美操课;6)学生运动文化素养及社会适应性方面的教学效果明显优于传统教学法健美操课。

The teaching methods of Physical Education teaching are diversified, as one of them competition teaching method play a positive role. Aerobics is one of the sports which favored by modern college students. Many college students use aerobics to do exercise in spare time. Aerobic class in campus should be focus on stimulate the students' exercise interests, to improve their sports abilities, thus for lay the foundation of their lifelong physical education, to make their body & health to be more perfect. Therefore according to the students' physical and mental characteristics ,to seek effective teaching methods to meet the basic requirements, which worth to thinking a lot then to positive practice in the teaching. Combined with Aerobic teaching characteristics , aiming at the competition teaching method in aerobics teaching of Universities in Beijing, investigation and analysis, thus to find the existing problems. From the angle of teaching methods , to take reasonable elements example by Physical Education. Make organic blend into the college aerobics teaching practice. Follow its competitive advantage to improve teaching efficiency and try to enhance the teaching effect. Further exploration the more reasonable competition teaching method in aerobics teaching , to solve the existing problems and optimize aerobics teaching , which for aerobics teaching provide benign reference.Using the methods of literature material, questionnaire survey, interviews with experts , mathematical statistics and experimentation to do the study. To carry on the investigation in aerobics teaching of using competition teaching of universities in Beijing. Discover the existing problems, then take the teaching experimental research in aerobics of universities in Beijing. The results of the research show that: 1, The situation of Competition teaching method using in aerobics teaching of Beijing ordinary universities:1)Competition teaching method less use;2)Most use of team play in late teaching unit, without Sports culture transfer;3)with the positive effect,Competition teaching method also bring negative effect.2, The problems of Competition teaching method using in aerobics teaching of Beijing ordinary universities:1)Can't reasonable allocate time lead to use less;2)In unit designs using the Competition teaching method are not reasonable enough;3)In method strategies using the Competition teaching method are not reasonable enough;4)In teaching organizations using the Competition teaching method are not reasonable enough;5)In the combination of both inside and outside the classroom, using the Competition teaching method are not reasonable enough.3, Borrow ideas from the rational elements of sport education, using Competition teaching method in aerobics teaching ,the results show that: 1)Students master the basic aerobics special technical reached the requirements of the syllabus in less class times;2)In addition to the dull boring special quality training, but in students' physical quality improvement in reached the same effect;3)Obviously better than the traditional teaching methods. Students improve a lot in aerobics choreographing capability of teaching effect;4) Motivate and cultivate the students' interest in learning aerobics. It is obviously better than the traditional teaching method, so students accept the competition teaching method;5)The competition teaching method is better than traditional teaching method in the influence of students role play and f educational;6)The competition teaching method is better than traditional teaching method in the influence of students sport literate.
