教师实践性知识是教师在个人日常生活和平时教育实践的基础上,受内外部因素共同影响逐渐生成、不断更新的一种知识。同时教师实践性知识能通过教师有意识的反思、总结、提炼后指导日常教学实践。这种在实践中产生、反过来指导实践的特点,有利于教师不断更新知识储备、完善知识体系,从而促进自身专业发展。叙事研究是一种以现实世界为出发点的质性研究方法,它能够记录流动的、变化的实际,从而帮助教师在回忆描述曾经发生的故事之时,形成自己的反思,生成自己的经验和知识并付诸实际行动。 本文系统梳理了国内外教师实践性知识和教育叙事研究的研究成果,主要采用了叙事研究的研究方法,以笔者自身为研究对象,通过教学日志、教学计划、同事和领导评价等纸质材料的协助,回忆并深描在美国为期一年的教学经历中具有记录价值的事件,并通过自我反思挖掘故事背后蕴含的教育原理与教育方法,从而探究其组成部分及建构过程,并于文末向其他国际汉语教师提供一些提升教师实践性知识的建议。
外文摘要:
Teacher's practical knowledge is a kind of knowledge based on personal life and teaching practice, which is gradually generated and updated by internal and external factors. It embodies teachers' understanding and understanding of education and teaching. At the same time, teachers’ practical knowledge can guide daily teaching practice through teachers’ conscious reflection, summarization, and refinement. The characteristics of this practice, which in turn produces and in turn guides practice, are conducive to teachers’ continuous updating of knowledge reserves and improvement of the knowledge system, thereby promoting their professional development. Narrative research is a qualitative research method based on the real world. It can record the reality of flow and change, thus helping teachers to form their own reflections and create their own experience and knowledge when they recall and describe the stories that happened. This paper systematically reviews the research results of domestic and foreign teachers' practical knowledge and educational narrative research. It mainly adopts the research methods of narrative research. It uses the author's own research objects, and assists with paper materials such as teaching logs, teaching plans, colleagues, and leadership evaluation. Memories and in-depth description of events with record value in one-year teaching experience in the United States, and through self-reflection to explore the teaching principles and teaching methods behind the story to explore the components and construction process of self-practicing knowledge. At the end of the article, we will provide some other international Chinese teachers with suggestions for improving teachers' practical knowledge.
