随着互联网技术的进步,以抖音为代表的短视频作为新兴的媒介资源,凭借短小精悍的内容和生动形象的画面在国际中文教育中有着天然优势,美食类短视频也早已不再是一个简单的饮食主题,它是一个旨在展示中华民族传统饮食文化及其背后人文主义情感的丰厚载体。倘若能利用好这些新手段,不仅可以更好引导中国饮食文化的正向传播,实现新媒体时代背景下的文化创新,更能为国际中文教育提供有秩序的发展机制。 本文主要总结了以四川火锅为代表的的地域饮食文化特点及其运用到国际中文教育中的意义。通过观看大量短视频分析四川火锅在抖音上呈现的优势和不足,并提出相关教学建议。力求让学习者感受到当地饮食文化与传统文化之间更深层次的联系。促使高校在课堂设置、教学内容、教学手段等方面对新媒介工具地开发和利用。全文共五章节。第一章绪论,主要分析了论文选题意义,研究内容和方式以及抖音作为文化辅助教学的研究依据。第二章从四川火锅所蕴含的历史、地理和经济三方面来展示四川地区所特有的文化特征,丰富四川地区文化内涵。第三章则分析了四川火锅在抖音平台上的内容和形式,并且指出现存内容发展的优势和不足。第四章主要是对以四川火锅为代表的地域饮食文化在国际中文教育中的意义展开论述。第五章对地域饮食文化融入国际中文教育提出建议,总结相关抖音短视频的选取原则并在内容与时俱进上提出要求。 |

With the progress of Internet technology, short videos represented by Tik Tok, as a new media resource, have a natural advantage in international Chinese education with their short and concise contents and vivid pictures. Short videos of food are no longer a simple food theme, but a rich carrier aimed at showing the traditional Chinese food culture and the humanistic feelings behind it. If we can make good use of these new means, we can not only better guide the positive spread of Chinese food culture, realize cultural innovation in the new media era, but also provide an orderly development mechanism for international Chinese education. This paper mainly summarizes the characteristics of regional food culture represented by Sichuan Hotpot and its significance in international Chinese education. By watching a large number of short videos, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Sichuan Hotpot in Tik Tok, and puts forward relevant teaching suggestions. Try to make learners feel the deeper connection between local food culture and traditional culture. Encourage universities to develop and utilize new media tools in classroom settings, teaching contents and teaching means. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly analyzes the significance of the topic selection, the research contents and methods, and the choice of Tik Tok platform as the research basis of culture-assisted teaching. The second chapter mainly expounds the characteristics of regional food culture from the history, geography and economy of Sichuan hot pot. The third chapter analyzes the content and form of Sichuan hotpot on the vibrating platform, and points out its advantages and disadvantages. The fourth chapter discusses the significance of learning the regional food culture represented by Sichuan hot pot to international Chinese education. The fifth chapter puts forward suggestions on the integration of regional food culture into international Chinese education, and summarizes the selection principles of vibrato short videos. |
