研究目的:生命意义感是个体对自己生活的理解,认为它是有意义和价值的,以及对未来生活意义和目标的追寻。生命意义感包含两个维度:存在生命意义(个体认为他的生活是有意义和价值的)和寻找生命意义(对未来生活意义和目标的追寻)。生命意义感在人类生活中始终占据重要地位,与个人的自我成长、效能感知、幸福感、积极情绪乃至心理健康状况紧密相连。存在生命意义可以帮助人们减轻压力,增强身体和心理的健康,与幸福、生活满意度、社会心理健康、幸福感有关,有助于人们更好地应对和适应压力。寻找生命意义可以帮助个体更好的整合自我,帮助人们更好的度过转折期。尤其在成年初期,这一感受显得尤为关键。在这一阶段,个体面临着人生中关键的转折,即社会角色与身份的转换,同时亦需完成自我同一性的建构。鉴于他们必须应对身份探索、生活不稳定、角色转换等多重挑战,此阶段人群相较于其他时期更易陷入迷茫、采取冒险行为或遭遇心理健康问题。生命意义感对这部分人群具有潜在的防护作用。因此,提升成年初期人群的生命意义感具有极其重要的实践意义与价值。以往研究表明认知回忆疗法能够很好的改善生命意义感,且认知回忆疗法通过回忆可以很好的整合自我同一性非常适合成年初显期人群的社会发展阶段。本研究的目的是为了验证认知回忆疗法可以提高成年初显期个体的生命意义感的干预方式。 研究方法:采用准实验设计,以成年初显期群体为研究对象,将符合纳入条件的被试随机分为干预组(n=33)和等待组(n=41)。干预组接受每周一次,为期三周的认知回忆团体干预,等待组不做任何干预,实验结束后再进行干预。最后采用重复测量方差分析进行数据处理。 结果:与等待组相比,干预组在团体干预后的存在生命意义维度有显著提高(P<0.001),并且在后续的追踪测时效果得到了延续;在寻找生命意义维度上,干预组与等待组相比在中测时有显著下降(P=0.034)。 结论:认知回忆疗法在改善成年初显期人群的生命意义感方面具有显著效果。本研究为提高成年初显期人群的生命意义感提供了全新的干预途径,对于改善他们的心理健康具有一定的指导意义。同时,由于该疗法具备结构明晰、易于实施的特点,有望在更广泛范围内进行推广。 |

Objectives: The meaning in life is the understanding of the individual's own life, believing that it is meaningful and valuable, and the pursuit of meaning and goals in future life. The meaning in life contains two dimensions: search for meaning in life (the pursuit of the meaning of future life and goals) and presence of meaning in life (the individual believes that his life is meaningful and valuable). The meaning in life always occupies an important position in human life, and is closely linked to the individual's self -growth, sensory perception, happiness, positive emotions and even mental health.The presence of meaning in life can help people reduce stress, enhance physical and mental health, and are related to happiness, satisfaction, social psychological health, and happiness, and help people better cope and adapt to stress.The search for meaning in life can help individuals better integrate themselves and help people better survive the turning period. Especially in the emerging adulthood, this feeling is particularly critical. At this stage, individuals are facing a key turning point in life, that is, the conversion of social characters and identity, and at the same time, it is necessary to complete the construction of the same nature. Given that they must respond to multiple challenges such as identity exploration, unstable life, and role conversion, this stage is more likely to fall into confusion, adopt adventure or psychological health problems than other times. The meaning in life has a potential protective effect on these people. Therefore, improving the life significance of the crowd in the emerging adulthood has extremely important practical significance and value. Previous studies have shown that the cognitive-reminiscence therapy can well improve the meaning in life, and the cognitive-reminiscence therapy can well integrate self -identity through memories. The purpose of this study is to verify that cognitive-reminiscence therapy can improve the intervention method of the meaning in life of individuals at the emerging adulthood. Methods: A quasi experimental design was adopted, with the adult population in the emerging adulthood as the research object. Participants who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into an intervention group (n=33) and a waiting group (n=41). The intervention group accepts once a week, a three -week cognitive-reminiscence therapy, and the waiting group does not intervene in any intervention. After the experiment is over, intervention is performed. Finally, the data processing is performed by repeated measurement variance analysis. Results: Compared with the waiting group, the intervention group showed a significant improvement in the dimension of presence of meaning in life after group intervention (P<0.001), and the effect was continued in subsequent follow-up tests; In terms of search for meaning in life, the intervention group showed a significant decrease (P=0.034) compared to the waiting group during the middle test. Conclusion: Cognitive-reminiscence therapy has significant effects in improving the meaning in life of people in the emerging adulthood. This provides a new way of intervention for the meaning in life of the people in the emerging adulthood, and has certain guiding significance for improving their mental health. At the same time, because the therapy has the characteristics of clear structure and easy implementation, it is expected to be promoted in a wider range. |
