本研究旨在全面评估数据交易平台的服务效能，并制定相应的提升策略。 通过对大数据背景下数据交易平台的现状进行深入分析，发现存在数据质量不高、交易规范不完善、安全风险较大等问题，严重制约了数据交易效率的提升和数据价值的充分发挥。为此，本研究构建了数据交易平台的服务效能评价指标体系，采用文献综述、网络调查等多种研究方法，对数据交易平台的服务效能进行全面、客观的评价。基于评价结果，针对性地提出改进和提升策略， 为数据交易平台的优化和发展提供有益的参考。本研究不仅有助于推动数据 交易行业的健康发展，还有助于促进数据资源的充分流通和有效利用，为经济社会发展贡献力量。

With the advent of the big data era, the value of data resources has gradually gained widespread recognition and importance, leading to a rapid increase in the demand for data transactions. Data trading platforms, serving as bridges between data providers and users, play an indispensable role in promoting the circulation of data resources and economic development. However, amidst the increasing frequency of data transactions, issues related to the service efficiency of these platforms have become increasingly prominent, such as low data quality, imperfect trading regulations, and significant security risks. These problems have severely constrained the enhancement of data transaction efficiency and the full exploitation of data value. Therefore, evaluating the service efficiency of data trading platforms and developing corresponding improvement strategies hold significant theoretical and practical value. This study aims to establish an evaluation index system for the service efficiency of data trading platforms. Through a comprehensive and objective evaluation of their service efficiency, we aim to identify shortcomings and propose targeted improvement and enhancement strategies, providing valuable references for the optimization and development of data trading platforms. In our research, we will employ various methods and techniques, including literature reviews, case studies, and online surveys, to ensure scientific and accurate findings. At the same time, we will fully consider the uniqueness and complexity of data trading platforms to ensure the rationality and applicability of our evaluation system. Through this study, we hope to gain a deeper understanding of the current state of service efficiency in data trading platforms, identify existing issues and deficiencies, and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for their improvement and development. Additionally, we aim to contribute to the healthy development of the data trading industry, promote the full circulation and effective utilization of data resources, and contribute to economic and social development.
