       在一对一远程网络中文教学中,师生之间的互动尤其重要,整个教学过程通过师生之间的互动进行。本文以美国印第安那大学中文领航项目的一对一教学为例,在整理课堂实录视频、学生访谈等材料的基础上,从课堂环节的角度对一对一远程网络中文教学中的师生互动进行了整体和细节的分析,旨在总结教学中出现的各种互动方式及其特点,评价互动效果,分析互动过程中存在的问题并找出其影响因素,为师生在一对一远程网络中文教学中进行有效互动提出相应的建议。 
      本文首先从项目背景和培养体系两个方面对印第安那大学中文领航项目进行介绍,接着从整体上对教学视频中出现的课堂环节、互动状况和互动特点进行分析和阐述,然后在整体分析的基础上进行各个环节的分析。本文根据教学需要和特点,将课堂划分为导入、操练、话题讨论三个环节,并分别从教学和互动方式、互动效果、互动问题和影响因素、师生互动的建议四个方面对三个环节进行了分析。
      研究发现:在以印第安那大学中文领航项目为例的一对一远程网络中文教学中,师权型互动和民主型互动兼具,互动主要通过师生之间的言语进行,提问式互动和指令式互动是主要互动方式,教学呈现出指令式互动多、虚假性互动比重大、互动灵活性不足的特点。在各个环节上,导入环节主要使用的互动方式为提问式互动,互动具备一定的真实性,但同时也具有一定的机械性,导入环节的互动效果较差,存在师生互动言语背离合作原则、互动氛围沉闷和导入随意的问题;操练环节互动方式以指令式互动、机械性互动、虚假性互动为主,互动效果较差,主要存在互动过程单一枯燥、互动言语失衡、解释不清、无效无关非言语行为较多、书写辅助工具使用不规范和不到位的问题;话题讨论环节的互动方式以提问式互动和真实性互动为主,互动效果整体上较好,但也存在着互动内容短暂、解释冗长、沉默和转移话题的问题。最后笔者结合案例对影响因素进行了分析,并给出了相应的建议。

       In the one-on-one distance online Chinese teaching, the interaction between teachers and students is particularly important, and the entire teaching process is carried out in the interaction between teachers and students. Taking the one-on-one online class of Indiana University’s Chinese Flagship Program as an example, this paper gives a whole and detail analyzation to the interaction between teachers and students by collecting and arranging teaching videos and other materials, which aims to summarize various interactive methods and their characteristics in teaching, evaluate the interactive effect, analyze the problems in the interactive process, and find out their influencing factors, so as to put forward corresponding suggestions for effective interaction between teachers and students in one-on-one distance online Chinese teaching.
      This paper mainly includes the following contents. First, it introduces the background and teaching system of Indiana University’s Chinese Flagship Program and gives a whole analyzation of the teaching link, interaction situation and interaction features. Then, it analyzes each teaching link. According to the needs and characteristics of teaching, this paper mainly divides the class into three parts: lead-in link, training link, and topic discussion link. Finally, it analyzes each link from four aspects: teaching and interaction methods, interaction effects, interaction problems and influencing factors, and suggestions for teacher-student interaction. 
      This study found that in the one-on-one distance online Chinese teaching of Indiana University's Chinese Flagship Program, the interaction type is both teacher-authorized interaction and democratic interaction. The mainly interaction method are question-based interaction and requirement-based interaction. The teaching shows the features of many requirement-based interactions, a large proportion of false interactions, and insufficient interactive flexibility. In each link, the main interaction method used in the lead-in link is question-based interaction. The interaction has a certain authenticity, but at the same time it also has some mechanical characteristics. The interaction effect in the lead-in link is not good, and the main problems are that the interaction between teachers and students deviates from the principle of cooperation as well as the interactive atmosphere is dull and the introduction is casual. The interaction methods of the training link are mainly requirement-based interaction, mechanical interaction, and false interaction, and the interaction effect is not good. The main problems include single and boring interaction process, unbalance interaction language, unclear explanation, many ineffective and irrelevant non-verbal behaviors, not standardized writing aids in teaching. The interaction methods of topic discussion link are mainly question-based interaction and authentic interaction, and the interaction effect is good, but there are also interaction problems, for example short interaction contents and long explanation, silent and diverting topics. Finally, the author analyzes the influencing factors based on the case, and gives some suggestions.
