近些年我国大力发展教育,尤其在特殊教育这一小众领域也逐渐得到广泛的关注和支持。随着人们对手语和手语教学认识的不断深入,人们更加认识到聋人教师在聋教育中的独特作用与意义。聋人教师的教育质量将影响着聋教育的质量,这其中职业适应是影响教师职后发展以及教育质量的重要因素。本研究选取三名聋人教师进行访谈,采用叙事研究方法,获取职业适应故事。通过对叙事故事进行二次建构,分别找出三位聋人教师职业适应故事中的关键事件。在此基础上从职业心理、职业知识技能、职业人际与职业环境等方面分析影响聋人教师的职业适应的因素,并对影响因素的特点进行讨论。最终本研究依据研究结果提出提升聋人教师职业适应水平的建议。

In recent years, China has vigorously developed
education, especially in the niche field of special education, which has
gradually received widespread attention and support. With the deepening of
people's understanding of sign language and sign language teaching, people are
more aware of the role and significance of deaf teachers in deaf education. The
quality of deaf teachers will affect the quality of deaf education. Among them,
occupational adaption is an important factor that affects teachers’ post-employment
development and the quality of education. The quality of education of the deaf
teachers will affect the quality of the education, and the occupational
adaption is an important factor affecting the development of teachers and the
quality of education. This study conducted interviews for three deaf teachers,
using narrative research methods to obtain occupational adaption stories. Through the secondary
construction of the narrative story, the key events in the occupational
adaption story of the three deaf teachers were found. On this basis, the
factors affecting the professional adaptation of deaf teachers are analyzed
from the aspects of occupational psychology, occupational knowledge and skills,
occupational interpersonal and occupational environment, and the
characteristics of the influencing factors are discussed. In the end, this
research puts forward suggestions to improve the occupational adaptability of
deaf teachers based on the research results.
