新课标提倡自主阅读并且重视课外阅读,这为学生终身学习、终身发展奠定了基础。在新世纪的语文课程改革形势下,课外阅读以一种全新的面貌出现在教学中。但较课文的教学来讲,课外阅读还是缺少足够的重视。语文教师的课外阅读引导力度不够,方法不够妥当和科学。同时,学生的课外阅读量也没有达到基本的要求,课外阅读习惯没有整体养成。课外阅读基本上还处于一个比较盲目、随意、无序的状态,缺乏积极有效的引导。叶圣陶的略读指导思想对今天的课外阅读指导仍然有很重要的意义。本文通过探讨叶圣陶的略读指导思想与新课改背景下阅读理念的关联,寻找叶圣陶略读指导思想对于当今课外阅读指导的意义,并通过两个案例进行有效性论证。全文分为四个部分:第一部分论述选题背景和选题依据;第二部分论述叶圣陶的略读指导思想;第三部分论述略读指导思想与新课标课外阅读理念的关联;第四部分论述在新课程初中课外阅读中加强略读指导的有效性分析。

The new course standards advocated that reading on their own and extracurricular reading is very important, which can help students lay a better foundation for their development. As the Chinese course reformation going on, extracurricular reading takes on a new visage. Some teachers tend to guide the extracurricular reading in class. However, extracurricular reading has got less attention compared with the in-class course. Most teachers haven’t paid attention to the intensity of the guidance and their means have been unreasonable and unscientific. The extracurricular reading is basically sightless, optional, out-of-order and lack of effective guidance. The skimming idea of Ye Shengtao is still propitious to extracurricular reading today. By probing into the skimming idea of Ye Shengtao and the new reading theory, this paper is looking for the significance of the skimming idea of Ye Shengtao and testifying it by presenting two examples. This paper includes mainly the following four parts. Part Ⅰ: Introduction, indicated the reason and fundamental perspective of this paper. Part Ⅱ: Talk about the skimming idea of Ye Shengtao. Part Ⅲ: To talk about the relation between the skimming idea of Ye Shengtao and the new course standards. Part Ⅳ: Testify the skimming idea of Ye Shengtao by presenting two examples.
