为提高体育教学质量,切实减轻学生负担,促进学生健康体格的发展,中共中央办公厅与国务院办公厅于2021年7月24日联合发布了《关于进一步降低义务教育阶段学生作业负担与校外培训压力的意见》。该意见的出台,旨在从制度层面深化教育改革,确保学生在更加宽松的学习环境中全面发展,实现身心健康与学业进步的双重目标,为我国义务教育阶段开启了新的阶段。鉴于我国各地区经济发展水平的不均衡,使得全国范围内的师资力量、场地设施以及思想认知等方面呈现出显著的差异。因此,体育课后延时服务在实施与推进过程中,各地所面临的问题和困难也呈现出多样性。所以,笔者以成都石室联合教育集团初中为切入口,对该教育集团的体育课后延时服务展开调查与分析,充分了解该教育集团体育课后延时服务的现状,并对存在的问题进行分析,这是十分有必要的。 通过调查得出以下结论: (1)在石室联合教育集团下三所初中调查中发现,在“双减”政策下体育课后延时服务的开展比较积极,得到了大部分学校教师、学生以及家长的支持,仍然存在部分学生及家长存在认知误区,在应试教育的影响下对于体育活动带有偏见,导致体育课后延时服务在学校课后延时服务的参与比例不理想。 (2)通过调查发现,三所学校的体育课后延时服务均出现了因经费问题而产生的场地器材不足。满足不了更优的体育课后延时服务课堂需求,活动场地不足、活动器材不足会直接影响到体育课后延时服务的开展质量,会导致学生的积极性下降。 (3)石室联合教育集团下三所初中的体育课后延时服务教师均来自本校,通过调查发现他们的专项能力集中,导致开展的课程类型单一,无法调动学生参与的积极性,甚至会出现教师所教内容未专业对口的现象。 (4)石室联合教育集团三所初中的体育课后延时服务均缺少教学评价,这是管理体系中存在的漏洞,会无法监督教师的课堂质量,以及无法反馈学生的学习效果。长此以往会暴露出更多的问题,所以教学评价机制在体育课后延时服务中也是十分必要的。 |

To enhance the quality of physical education and alleviate the pressure on students,and effectively improve the development of students' health and physique, on July 24th, 2021, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council jointly promulgated the "Opinions on Further Alleviating the Burden of Homework and External Training for Pupils in Compulsory Education." This issuance aimed to rationalize the educational environment and promote the comprehensive development of students by easing their academic and extracurricular pressure, thereby fostering healthy physical growth and academic progress, which opened a new stage for China's compulsory education stage. The uneven level of economic development in each region will directly lead to the differences in various aspects such as teachers, the site conditions and infrastructure vary across all regions of the country, leading to significant differences in the implementation and development of after-school sports delay services. Therefore, the author takes the junior high school of Chengdu Shishi United Education Group as the starting point to investigate and analyze the PE after-school delay service of the education group, fully understand the status quo of the PE after-school delay service of the education group, and analyze the existing problems, which is very necessary. The following conclusions are drawn from the survey: (1) In the investigation of three junior high schools under Shishi United Education Group, it has been observed that the implementation of the "double reduction" policy has led to a more active provision of after-school sports delay service, which is widely supported by the majority of school teachers, students and parents. There are still some students and parents who have cognitive misunderstandings and have prejudices about sports activities under the influence of exam-oriented education. As a result, the participation rate of sports after-school delay service is not ideal. (2) Through the investigation, it is found that the delayed after-school sports service of the three schools has insufficient venue equipment due to funding problems. Unable to meet the needs of better after-school sports delay service class, insufficient activity venues and equipment will directly affect the quality of after-school sports delay service, which will lead to a decline in students' enthusiasm. (3) The teachers of the three junior middle schools under Shishi United Education Group are all from the school. Through the investigation, it is found that their specialized abilities are concentrated, resulting in a single type of curriculum, unable to mobilize the enthusiasm of students to participate, and even the phenomenon that the content taught by the teachers is not relevant to the major. (4) The three junior high schools within the Shishi United Education Group exhibit a notable absence of teaching evaluation in their after-school sports delay service, thus necessitating improvements in this area to enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of the program,is a loophole in the management system, which will fail to supervise the classroom quality of teachers and feedback the learning effect of students. In the long run, more problems will be exposed, so the teaching evaluation mechanism is also very necessary in the delayed service after PE class. |
