全球化作为一个不可阻挡的历史潮流，渐渐地突破经济领域，进入其他领域。全球化的影响日益扩大。在全球化浪潮的冲击下，世界上异质文化之间开始相互交流与融合，文化与政治、经济相互交融，文化在综合国力中的地位日益突出。同时，影响和威胁文化安全的国内外因素也随之而来，文化安全问题愈显突出。如何认识全球化背景下我国文化安全问题以及怎样维护我国的文化安全，已经成为一个极其迫切而重要的问题。针对这一问题，本文从三个部分进行了分析和论述。 第一部分探讨了文化安全的概念、特征及内容。首先，对文化安全的概念进行了基本的界定。文化安全是国家安全在文化领域的延伸，主要是指一个国家的文化主权神圣不可侵犯，意识形态不受干涉，文化精神生活不受外来文化的控制或同化，保持本国人民价值观念、生活方式的独立自主性；其核心是意识形态和主体价值观的安全。其次，对文化安全的特征和内容做出了简单的分析。 第二部分具体分析了我国文化安全的现状及影响因素。主要是意识形态和文化价值观及传统文化面临的挑战与威胁、文化安全意识淡薄、文化市场混乱等问题。并从外部和内部两方面着手，分析了影响文化安全的主要因素。 第三部分针对我国文化安全的现状，提出了维护我国文化安全的对策。从宏观和微观两个角度，战略和具体策略两个方面，进行了文化安全对策的探索。

Globalization as an irresistible historical trend,breaks through the economic field gradually and enters other domains.The globalized influence expands day by day . In the impact of globalization, the world's different cultures starts to exchange and to fuse, culture,politics and economy blend mutually .The culture in the comprehensive national strength is becoming more prominent position. At the same time, the impact and threat to cultural security at home and abroad come. The issue of cultural security has become more prominent. How to understand China's cultural security issues in the context of globalization and how to preserve our cultural security have become an extremely urgent and important issue. This article is divided into three parts. The first part discusses the concept of cultural security, features and content. First,It limits the basic definition of the concept of cultural safety 。Cultural security is national security extension in the field of culture, mainly refers to a country's cultural sovereignty which is sacred and inviolable, not to interfere in the ideological, cultural, spiritual life and culture without outside of control or assimilation, and maintain the values of its people, way of life independence; the core of which is the main value of ideology and security. Secondly, It limits the basic definition of the concept of cultural safety and analyses the cultural safety features and content simply. The second part analyses status of China's cultural security and influencing factors specifically. They are mainly ideological and cultural values , challenge and threat of traditional culture faced and the weak sense of cultural security, cultural issues such as market disruption. From both external and internal aspects, an analysis of the impact of cultural security of the main factors. The third part discusses strategies and specific measures from two perspectives about cultural security issues according to the status of China's cultural security .
