本文研究了酞菁铁-DDAB表面活性剂薄膜电极和酞菁锰-DDAB表面活性剂薄膜电极的电化学性质,及它们对卤代乙酸的催化性能,并用多种表面分析技术对薄膜表面进行了表征.将酞菁铁(FePc)和双十二烷基二甲基溴化铵(DDAB)分散于氯仿溶液,再将其涂布于热解石墨电极表面,即得到FePc-DDAB表面活性剂薄膜电极.在0.1mol/LKBr溶液中,该薄膜电极表现出良好的稳定性.在一0.lV~-1.6V的电位范围内循环伏安扫描,有两对还原氧化峰,阴阳极峰电位分别为Epc3=-0.64V,Epa1=-0.29V和Epc2=-1.04V,Epa2=-0.94V(vs.SCE).在扫速v≥50mV/s时,阴极峰的峰电流ipc与v1/2成正比,表现出扩散控制的特征.测得该体系电荷传递扩散系数Dct在10-9数量级,表观非均相电极反应速率常数k°'在10-5数量级.将FePc-DDAB薄膜电极应用于各种卤代乙酸的电催化去卤化,可以降低其还原过电位,催化电流在一定的范围内与卤代乙酸的浓度成线性关系,可作为对卤代乙酸进行分析测定的基础. 将酞菁锰(MnPc)和DDAB分散于氯仿溶液中,再将其涂布于PG电极表面,即可得到MnPc-DDAB薄膜电极.0.1mol/LKBr溶液中,在0.2V-1.2V的电位范围内,该薄膜电极有两对还原氧化峰,阴阳极峰电位分别是Epc1==-0.27V,Epal=-0.01V和Epc2=-0.76V,Epa2=-0.62V.在扫速v≥50mV/s时,第二阴极峰的峰电流jpc2与v1/2成正比,表现出扩散控制的特征估计了该体系的电化学参数,电荷传递扩散系数Dct在10-9cm2/s数量级,表观非均相电极反应速率常数k°'在10-4cm/s数量级.将该薄膜电极应用于对三氯乙酸的电催化还原,催化电流和TCA的浓度在一定范围内成线性关系,可作为分析测定的基础. 表面分析的结果表明,FePc或MnPc在DDAB薄膜中的分布是不均匀的. |

This paper investigated electrochemical properties of two kinds of surfactant film electrode, one is didodecyldimethylammocium bromide films containing iron phthalo-cyanine(FePc), another is DDAB films containing manganese phthalocyanine(MnPc). Various techniques of surface analysis, such as SEM, EDX, XPS, were used to characterize the films. Iron phthalocyanine(FePc)-DDAB surfactant film electrode was prepared by casting the mixture of FePc with DDAB chloroform solution on the surface of pyrolytic graphite (PG) electrode and then leaving the choroform evaporated.Cyclic Voltammetric experi-ments showed that, in KBr solution, the film electrode had two pairs of well-defined and stable reduction and oxidation peaks. For the first pair, Epc1= - 0.62V, and Epa1= -0.29V(vs.SCE), respectively, while for the second pair, Epc2= - 1.04V, Epa2=-0.94V, respectively.The electrochemistry of the second pair of peaks was studied in details. The electrochemical parameters of this system was estimated, such as charge transport diffusion coefficient(D.) and heterogeneous electrode reaction rate constant(k°').The FePc-DDAB film elec-trode was used to catalyze electrochemical reduction of various halogenated acetic acids and the reduction overpotentials of them were decreased. Apparent rate constant of catalytic reduction of the halogenated acetic acids were also estimated. MnPc-DDAB films was also be prepared by pipetting MnPc and DDAB chloroform dispersion onto the surface of PG electrode. The electrochemical properties of the films were stable. Cyclic Voltammetric showed, in KBr solution, there were two sets of peaks in the potential windows between 0.2V and - 1.2V. Their peak potentials are Epc1= -0.27V, Epa1=-0.01V and Epc2= -0.76V, Epa2= - 0.62V, respectively. The electrochemistry of the second pair was studied in details.The electro-chenical parameters,such as Dctend k°',were estimeted. The MnPc-DDAB film electrode could be used to catalyze electrochemical reduction of trichloroacetic acid, too. Surface analysis showed that both FePc and MnPc were badly distributed in DDAB films. |
