近年来随着高等教育大众化的后续效应日益凸显,大学生群体在逐年扩张,继而每年的毕业生群体也越来越庞大,因此他们的就业问题如今已变成一个亟待正视和解决的问题。择业效能感是大学生就业中的一个重要研究领域。而国内关于择业效能感的研究起步较晚,有很多理论与实践的问题需要解决。正是基于这样的背景之上,本研究以择业效能感为核心,采用问卷调查与访谈相结合的方式,以对以往量表的修订版本为研究工具,旨在调查大学生择业效能感的现状,分析和讨论不同背景变量对择业效能感的影响以及择业效能感内部因素之间的结构。研究主要得出以下几个结论:① 目前大学生择业效能感处于一般水平;② 不同性别大学生的择业效能感之间不存在显著差异;③ 不同年级大学生的择业效能感之间具有显著差异,但其离散程度不随年级增高而增大;④排除年级因素后年龄因素对学生择业效能感的影响显著;⑤不同专业学生的择业效能感之间具有显著差异;⑥是否具备实习、学生工作和参加就业辅导经历的学生群体之间在择业效能感的整体水平上不存在显著差异;⑦本研究构建并验证了择业效能感中的自我评价、目标定向、社会支持、信息收集和学绩五个内在因素之间的多层次关系。

In recent years with the follow-up effect of the massification of higher education, the group of university students is expanding year by year, and each year the group of graduate students is also becoming more and more huge, so their job-hunting problem has become an urging problem to solve. Career decision-making self-efficacy is an important research field in university students' employment. And domestic research on career self-efficacy started relatively late, there are a lot of theoretical and practical problems need to be solved. With such background, this study concentrates on career decision-making self-efficacy. By using both questionnaire and interview, the study is developed with the revised vision of a previous scale as the research tool, to investigate the current situation of university students' career decision-making self-efficacy, analyze and discuss the influence of different background variables on career decision-making self-efficacy and the structure of its internal factors. Several conclusions are drawn as follow: (1) The current university students' career decision-making self-efficacy is in the general level; (2) There are no significant gender differences of university students’ career decision making self-efficacy. (3) The significant grade differences of university students’ career decision making self-efficacy is demonstrated different grade has significant difference between students' career self-efficacy, while such grade difference will not enlarge as the grade goes up. (4) The age has significant impact on students’ career decision making self-efficacy under the control of the grade variable. (5) The career decision-making self-efficacy of the students with different majors. (6) Whether a student has ever worked in a company or a student organization, the career decision making self-efficacy would not make a difference. And with the current employment counselings, there was no significant difference among students no matter whether they participant such counseling. (7) Finally, this study builds and verifies a multi-level relationship among the five internal factors in career decision making self-efficacy, which are self-evaluation of career self-efficacy, goal orientation, social support, information collection and academic performance.
