本研究以TikTok韩国用户为研究对象,以TikTok的海外用户体验为研究目的,采用案例分析与调查问卷的研究方法展开研究,研究首先对比了在韩国本土用户使用较多的三种短视频产品:TikTok与 Instagram Lils、YouTube Shorts、Naver,通过内容比较、功能比较分析TikTok产品的独特优势;随后研究对TikTok韩国用户展开使用情况与用户体验问卷调查,问卷以“美学-实用-情感-认知”(APEC)为框架,共获得272份有效问卷。通过数据统计与分析,研究发现:1.与本土短视频App相比,抖音在内容上、功能上都有优势。2.韩国本土用户对TikTok的使用频率较高,以搞笑类、旅游美景、美食料理等内容居多。3.通过APEC框架分析得知, TikTok韩国用户对产品的体验在情感和认知方面最强,远超过简单的交互设计带来的审美与实用,这些超越语言和符号的体验设计也部分解释了TikTok在海外市场得到迅速发展的原因。在此基础上,本文也整合使用调查中的一些调查结果,对TikTok在韩的发展提出更多基于用户使用的优化建议。 |

Taking TikTok users in South Korea as the research object and TikTok's overseas user experience as the research purpose, this study adopts the research methods of case analysis and questionnaire to carry out the research. Firstly, the research compares three kinds of short video products used by local users in South Korea: Comparing with Instagram Lils, YouTube Shorts, and Naver; we analyze the unique advantages of TikTok products through content and function comparison. Subsequently, the research conducted a questionnaire survey on TikTok users' usage and user experience in South Korea. The questionnaire was based on the framework of "aesthetics-practicability-emotion-cognition" (APEC), and 272 valid questionnaires were obtained. Through data statistics and analysis, the research found that: 1. Compared with local short video apps, TikTok has advantages in content and function. 2. TikTok is frequently used by local users in South Korea, who mostly use content such as funny stories, beautiful tourism scenes, and food dishes. 3. According to the APEC framework analysis, TikTok Korean users' experience of the product is the strongest in emotional and cognitive aspects, far exceeding the aesthetic and practical brought by simple interaction design. These experience designs beyond language and symbols also partly explain the reasons for TikTok's rapid development in overseas markets. This paper also integrates some survey results and puts forward more user-user-based optimization suggestions for TikTok's development in South Korea. |
