在当代社会思想多元化的冲击下,青少年学生的人格状况令人担忧。人格教育是高中语文教学中的一项重要内容。本文欲从人格和语文人格教育的定义出发,阐述高中语文人格教育:语文教学中的人格教育和语文教师人格对学生的影响作用。在语文教学中,阐述了进行语文人格教育的可能性和其中的人格教育因素。在教师人格对学生的影响力中,阐述了教师人格对学生的重要性并分析 了教师对待生活和工作的态度及对待学生的态度都将影响学生的人格。在考虑到语文人格教育遇到的困境的内外部因素后,指出语文人格教育的出路在于塑造教师人格,并归纳出教师对自我进行人格塑造的三条原则及仁爱、喜乐、和平、忍耐、恩赐、良善、信实、温柔、节制的教师理想人格。 |

Currently teenager's personality is in a state of crisis because of the impact of various societal factors.Personality education takes an important part in senior high school's Chinese teaching.This text will discuss the personality education in senior high school's Chinese teaching based on the definition of personality and personality education of Chinese. This text expounds the probability of personality education of Chinese and the factors involved in it. Furthermore this text will discuss the importance of how teacher's personality influences the students'personality and points out that the teacher's attitude about life,job and student will affect student's positive development.After thinking about the difficulties in Chinese personality education,this text points out that the key factor is figuring out the teacher's personality.Finally, in order for healthy personality development, this text introduces three principles a teacher must adhere to and also discusses characteristics of a teacher's well developed,healthy personality;these being love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. |
