领导力，作为学生的核心能力之一，对高中学生团干部的发展有着极其重要的意义。团组织作为中国共产党领导下的先进青年的群众组织，是中学对学生团干部的领导力培养方面的重要力量。团组织不同于一般的学校中的社团，它带有很强的政治性。高中学生干部作为高中学生的一个特殊群体，他们有许多不同于普通学生的地方。因此，以高中团组织为平台，加强对学生干部进行领导力的培养，不仅可以加强高中学生干部对党组织的信任，同时也可以帮助他们在学习、生活等方面获得更好的发展。本论文从对领导力培养的内涵分析入手，通过对国外相关文献进行分析，采用问卷调查及实地访谈、数理统计等定性与定量相结合的研究方法，了解了河南省新乡市五所高中的学生团干部的领导力水平状况及学校团组织在对学生团干部培养当中出现的问题，分析出现这种现状的原因并找到对策。通过调查，本研究得出的结论有以下几点：(1) 学校团组织开展的学生活动，能够提高学生团干的领导力水平。(2) 虽然学校团组织开展了一些活动，但是还存在不少的问题。(3) 团干的领导力水平与普通学生的领导力水平有差异。(4) 相对于其他因素，教师对学生团干领导力水平的提高产生更大的帮助。(5) 学生团干与普通学生在某些能力上，有显著的差异；而另外的一些能力，差异不显著。

Leadership, as a core competence of a student, it has a great significance in the development of Communist Youth League cadres. Communist Youth League, as the Communist Party of China under the leadership of a mass organization of advanced youth; it is an important force for the leadership training. Communist Youth League, it is very different with other associations of school, it comes with a strong political character. As a special group, they have a lot different from the ordinary students. So, make Communist Youth League as a platform, enhance the leadership training of Communist Youth League cadres, could improve the credence of Communist Party of China, also CYL could help students made a better development on learning and living.Beginning with the definition of leadership cultivation, this study analyzed the related theory abroad china, questionnaire survey, spot interview, and multivariate statistical analysis, are brought into full play. Considered current the leadership level of Communist Youth League cadres in 5 high school of Xinxiang, Henan province, realize the problem of the leadership training of Communist Youth League cadres, we find out the reason and solve method.Taken together, some significant conclusions from the empirical study are drawn as follows.(1) Communist Youth League of high school, who launches actives, can improve the leadership level of Communist Youth League cadres.(2) Communist Youth League of high school organizes some actives, but there are still some problems existed.(3) The leadership level of Communist Youth League cadres is different with it’s of the ordinary students.(4) Compared with other factors, the teachers could give more help with the level of leadership of Communist Youth League cadres.(5) Compared with ordinary students, Communist Youth League cadres have significant difference in some features of capability, but some features are not significant.
