青年一直在社会发展进步过程中发挥着巨大的作用，青年工作事关当下与未来,已经日益成为影响各国经济社会发展、政府治理水平和巩固政党执政基础的重要问题、敏感问题。“青年之家”是团中央全国性打造的青年综合服务平台，是通过开展文娱活动等服务项目服务青年、引导青年的区域性基层青年组织。本文将北京市“青年之家”——社区青年汇作为研究对象，通过对社区青年汇个例的运行现状进行研究分析，发现其运行存在的问题、分析成因并提出对策,将对完善青年综合服务平台建设和促进青年工作的发展具有重要的现实意义。

本文主要采取文献研究法、问卷调查法和访谈法进行研究。本文以总结归纳国内关于青年综合服务平台的相关研究着手，阐述以往研究成果并发现研究局限。通过对L街道H社区青年汇实地调研，向参与活动青年和街道辖区青年发放调查问卷，获取其运行情况的相关资料，分析出L街道H社区青年汇运行存在以下问题：街道辖区青年参与度低、参与活动青年满意度低、人才队伍流失严重、活动数量达标但效果差、考核存在失真现象。通过对L街道H社区青年汇相关工作人员和青年进行访谈，结合社会支持理论，分别从政策制度、社会支持的主体、社会支持的客体及社会支持的介体四个角度分析出L街道H社区青年汇运行存在问题的原因。在此基础上结合北京市朝阳区实际情况，有针对性的提出了优化社区青年汇运行的六项对策建议。

Youth have always played a huge role in the process of social development and progress. Youth work, which concerns the present and the future, has increasingly become an important and sensitive issue affecting the economic and social development of all countries, the level of government governance and the consolidation of the ruling foundation of political parties. "Youth home" is a comprehensive youth service platform built nationwide by the central committee of the youth league. It is a regional grass-roots youth organization that serves and guides the youth through the development of cultural activities and other service projects. In this paper, the "youth home" of Beijing -- community youth exchange is taken as the research object. By studying and analyzing the current operation status of individual cases of community youth exchange, it is of great practical significance to find out the problems in its operation, analyze the causes and put forward countermeasures, which will be of great practical significance to improve the construction of comprehensive service platform for youth and promote the development of youth work.

This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey and interview. This paper begins with a summary of relevant researches on integrated service platforms for youth in China, expounding the previous research results and discovering the research limitations. Through the field research L street H community youth exchange, to participate in the activities of youth and street district youth questionnaires, get its running situation of relevant data, analysis the L street H community youth exchange operation exist the following problems: low street district youth participation, youth participation satisfaction low quantity standards, personnel erosion, but the effect is poor, examine existence distortion. Based on the interviews with the relevant staff and youth in H community of L street, the reasons for the problems in the operation of H community of L street were analyzed from the perspectives of policy system, the subject of social support, the object of social support and the medium of social support in combination with the theory of social support. On this basis, combining with the actual situation of Chaoyang district, Beijing, six countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward to optimize the operation of community youth exchange.
