破坏性行为是儿童常见的社会行为之一,也是心理学特别是发展心理学的研究热点。它有一种非常复杂的连续性的发展结构,同时呈现表现年龄早,时间跨度长且稳定的特征。由此,对儿童早期的破坏性行为进行干预具有重要的意义。本研究旨在通过个案研究法,在使用亲子互动疗法(Parent Child Interaction Therapy,PCIT)的干预方式下对一例有破坏性行为问题及情绪问题的个案进行干预研究;通过对历次干预过程中施测结果的量化分析来检验该疗法的有效性。该研究总共招募4个符合研究标准的来访者。从2018年10月29日至2019年1月18日,该研究共经历三个阶段,分别是基线期、干预期和维持期,基线期主要了解个案的症状及情况,干预期对个案进行干预,包括初评阶段、改善关系阶段、建立规则意识阶段、结束阶段和回访阶段,含初评在内共计12次咨询,咨询结束1个月后进行一次回访以了解个案效果的维持情况。研究过程中,笔者使用Eyberg儿童行为问卷(ECBI)、儿童行为检查表(CBCL)及亲职压力量表简表(PSI-SF)为测评工具对咨询前后效果进行评估。研究中采取的PCIT咨询方法主要使用即时化指导、心理健康教育、角色扮演、家庭作业练习、咨询前后及时反馈等干预技术对个案进行干预。通过本研究的干预,来访者及其父母均报告来访者破坏性行为呈现显著下降趋势,情绪问题也得到极大缓解,量表分数均达到正常水平。本研究发现,亲子互动疗法对个案的破坏性行为症状的干预显示出了良好的干预效果。

Disruptive Behavior is one of the common social behaviors of children, and it is also a research hotspot of psychology, especially developmental psychology. It has a very complex and continuous development structure, and presents the characteristics of early age, long time span and stability. Therefore, it is of great significance to intervene in children's early disruptive behavior. The purpose of this study is to investigate a case of disruptive behavioral and emotional problems with the intervention of Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) by case study method. Quantitative analysis of the results of previous interventions was used to test the effectiveness of the therapy. The study recruited four visitors who met the research criteria. From October 29, 2018 to January 18, 2019, the study went through three stages: baseline period, intervention period and maintenance period. The baseline period mainly understood the symptoms and conditions of the case. During the intervention period, the case was intervened, including the initial evaluation stage, the improvement of relationship stage, the establishment of rule awareness stage, the end stage and the return visit stage. There were 12 consultation sessions, including the initial evaluation. One month later, a return visit was conducted to find out the maintenance of the effectiveness of the case. In the course of the study, Eyberg Child Behavior Inventory (ECBI), Children's Behavior Checklist (CBCL) and Parenting Stress Index-Short Form (PSI-SF) were used to evaluate the effect of counseling before and after counseling. The PCIT counseling adopted such intervention techniques as instant guidance, mental health education, role playing, homework exercises, timely feedback before and after counseling during the intervention. Through the intervention of this study, both the visitors and their parents reported that children’s aggressive behavior showed a significant downward trend, and his emotional problems were greatly alleviated. The scores of the scale reached the normal level. This study found that the intervention of parent-child interaction therapy on the disruptive behavioral symptoms of the case showed a good therapeutic effect.
