体操是我国体育教育的一个重要组成部分,内容丰富、形式多样。目前,徒手体操作为高中学业水平测试重要内容,但在教学过程中存在教学手段单一、示范面有限和师资力量薄弱等问题,使得学生对学习体育技能没有足够的兴趣,不愿意参加到体育锻炼中,这直接影响到体育课堂教学效果和高中生的身心健康发展。而探索新的体育课堂教学模式是高中体育课堂发展的必经之路,本研究基于运动捕捉技术开发徒手体操3D虚拟仿真教学资源并在高中学校中进行教学应用分析。

利用实验室的运动捕捉系统虚拟现实制作软件制作高中徒手体操教学资源库,针对高中徒手体操教学中存在的问题,设计开发高中徒手体操虚拟仿真教学资源。运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、教学实验法、数理统计法,验证徒手体操虚拟教学资源的作用。选取两个体质健康测试成绩相仿的班级进行教学干预实验,分析动作捕捉技术在高中徒手体操中的优缺点,通过问卷调查法和访谈法,探讨高中徒手体操虚拟仿真教学资源对高中生学习技术动作的效果、体育学科的重视度、课后体育锻炼时间等问题的影响。

通过教学实验得出以下结论:运用徒手体操虚拟仿真教学资源以提升学生的学习兴趣,主要表现在教学内容对学生更具吸引力,并且体育课上学习的内容让学生感到更加喜爱,提高了他们学习的积极性。徒手体操虚拟仿真课程会一定程度的提高学生对于体育课的重视程度,主要表现在更加关注体育成绩、上课见习的次数减少和体育课能够穿着运动装三个方面。徒手体操虚拟仿真课程对教学效果有促进作用,可以帮助学生更快的掌握技术动作,并且更多的学生掌握技术动作更熟练和标准。徒手体操虚拟仿真课程会延迟学生课下参与体育锻炼的时间,学生会因为3D虚拟动画而更愿意花时间练习技术动作。通过访谈也得出徒手体操虚拟仿真课程还需要融入更多的元素,让学生能够个性化的使用该教学资源,这也是虚拟仿真课程需要改进的地方。

外文摘要:

Gymnastics is an important part of physical education in China, which is rich in content and diverse in form. At present, freehand gymnastics is an important content of high school academic level test, but in the teaching process, there are problems such as single teaching means, limited demonstration surface and weak teachers, which makes students not interested enough in learning sports skills and unwilling to participate in physical exercise, which directly affects the physical and mental health of high school students. Exploring new physical education classroom teaching mode is the only way for the development of high school physical education classroom. This study develops 3D virtual simulation teaching resources for freehand gymnastics based on motion capture technology and analyzes the teaching application in high school.

This paper uses the method of literature, questionnaire, interview, teaching experiment and mathematical statistics to verify the function of virtual teaching resources of freehand gymnastics. In view of the problems existing in the teaching of high school freehand gymnastics, the virtual simulation teaching resources of high school freehand gymnastics were designed and developed by using the virtual reality production software of the motion capture system in the laboratory. Two classes with similar physical health test scores were selected to conduct teaching intervention experiments, and the advantages and disadvantages of motion capture technology in high school freehand gymnastics were analyzed. Through questionnaire survey and interview, the influence of virtual simulation teaching resources of high school freehand gymnastics on the effect of high school students' learning of technical movements, the degree of emphasis on physical education subjects, and the time for after-class physical exercise was discussed.

Through the teaching experiment, the following conclusions are drawn: The use of virtual simulation teaching resources for freehand gymnastics to enhance students' interest in learning mainly shows that the teaching content is more attractive to students, and the learning content in PE class makes students feel more fond of it and improves their enthusiasm for learning. The virtual simulation course of freehand gymnastics will improve students' attention to physical education to a certain extent, mainly in the three aspects of paying more attention to physical education results, reducing the number of class internships and being able to wear sports clothes in physical education. The virtual simulation course of freehand gymnastics can promote the teaching effect, help students to master the technical movements faster, and more students master the technical movements more skilled and standard. Virtual simulation of freehand gymnastics will delay the time for students to participate in physical exercise after class, and students will be more willing to spend time practicing technical movements because of 3D virtual animation. Through the interview, it is also concluded that the virtual simulation course of freehand gymnastics needs to integrate more elements, so that students can use the teaching resources personalized, which is also the improvement of the virtual simulation course.
