工作倦怠是指职场人士在工作中由于长期的压力源表现出的持续性反应,既包括心理状态也包括行为表现。其具体体现为工作者在工作中体验到耗竭感、表现出冷漠隔离的状态、无法从工作中获得成就感和价值感等三类表现,一方面导致工作者自身受到心理健康问题的困扰,另一方面工作无法高效地完成甚至出现旷工离职等情况。以往的研究结果显示,针对工作倦怠进行的干预中,个人情绪调节以及组织架构上的人职匹配调整都有着显著的效果,而接纳承诺疗法的干预中包含了情绪干预、价值取向探索和行动等部分,从个人角度出发涉及的干预内容较为全面。本研究采用个案研究法,旨在探究接纳承诺疗法对于工作倦怠人群的干预作用。本研究以工作倦怠者为研究对象,通过招募被试的方式,与来访者建立为期10周,每周50分钟的个体咨询,按照ACT接纳承诺疗法的干预流程进行干预。研究者使用工作倦怠量表进行前中后测,根据量表结果,对来访者的工作倦怠情况变化进行统计分析,并每两次咨询进行一次病人健康问卷量表的施测,统计分析来访者的抑郁情绪状态,探究ACT接纳承诺疗法对工作倦怠者的干预效果。本研究主要采用的干预技术有:正念、隐喻、解离、价值澄清、行动计划承诺等。研究结果显示,通过10次基于ACT接纳承诺疗法的心理干预,来访者的工作倦怠表现明显减少,抑郁状态显著下降并处于正常值的范畴,证明接纳承诺疗法对工作倦怠的干预的有效性。本文最后还讨论了该个案研究的意义和局限性。

Job burnout refers to the persistent reaction of workers in the workplace due to long-term stressors. Its concrete manifestation is that workers experience exhaustion, indifference and isolation, and low personal accomplishment in their work. On the one hand, workers are troubled by mental health problems, on the other hand, work can not be completed efficiently. Previous studies have shown that personal emotional regulation and job matching adjustment in organizational structure have significant effects in the intervention of job burnout. The intervention of acceptance commitment therapy includes emotional intervention, value orientation exploration and action, which is a more comprehensive individual intervention. The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of acceptance commitment therapy on job burnout. In this study, client were recruited to establish a 10-week, 50-minute weekly individual counseling with the visitors. Researchers used the Job Burnout Scale to conduct pre-test, mid-test and post-test. According to the results of the scale, the changes of job burnout of the visitors were statistically analyzed, and the patient health questionnaire was tested every two consultation sessions. The depressive state of the visitors was statistically analyzed, and the intervention effect of ACT acceptance commitment therapy on job burnout was explored. The main intervention techniques used in this study are mindfulness, metaphor, dissociation, value clarification and action plan commitment. The results showed that through 10 psychological interventions based on ACT acceptance commitment therapy, the job burnout performance of visitors was significantly reduced, depression was significantly reduced and in the normal range, proving the effectiveness of acceptance commitment therapy on job burnout. Finally, the significance and limitations of the case study are discussed.
