县域教育在人才培养和推动地方发展中占据重要地位,然而县城高中教师作为其中的核心力量,正面临着日益严峻的职业压力。因此,深入研究县城高中教师的职业压力状况十分关键。本研究以河南省长垣市的104名高中教师为样本,结合国内外研究文献,通过调查问卷与深度访谈的方式,系统探究了该地区高中教师所面临的职业压力现状及其主要来源。研究结果显示,县城高中教师普遍承受着过重的职业压力,其中高达85.6%的教师表示感受到较大或极大的压力。本研究将县城高中教师职业压力的来源细化为八个维度,发现其影响程度依次为:工作负荷、考试压力、社会期望、学校管理与教育教学改革、职业发展需求、学生因素、家庭因素以及人际关系。最终,本研究综合问卷与访谈数据,深入剖析了县城高中教师职业压力的成因,将其归结为社会、学校及个人三个层面的复杂因素,为制定针对性的压力缓解策略提供了有力支撑。 |

County-level education occupies a pivotal position in promoting local development and talent cultivation, with teachers in county high schools serving as the core force who are increasingly facing heightened occupational stress. Therefore, it is crucial to conduct an in-depth study on the occupational stress of teachers in county high schools. This study, taking 104 high school teachers in Changyuan City, Henan Province as samples, systematically explored the current status and main sources of occupational stress faced by teachers in the region through questionnaires and in-depth interviews, combined with domestic and international research literature. The results revealed that teachers in county high schools generally bear excessive occupational stress, with 85.6% of them indicating that they experience considerable or significant stress. The study further refined the sources of occupational stress for teachers in county high schools into eight dimensions, discovering that the degree of influence ranks as follows: workload, exam pressure, social expectations, school management and educational reform, career development needs, student factors, family factors, and interpersonal relationships. Finally, by comprehensively analyzing questionnaire and interview data, this study delved into the causes of occupational stress for teachers in county high schools, attributing them to complex factors at the societal, school, and individual levels, providing strong support for the development of targeted stress-relief strategies. |
