明朝时期中葡建立了非官方的早期关系。两国关系经历了由矛盾、冲突转为后期的通力合作与相互利用，这一转变与1564-1580葡萄牙与明朝三次合作清剿澳门附近海盗有很大关联，葡萄牙人通过提供兵力、船只、武器及金钱，于1564年协助明朝平定柘林兵变、1568-1569年清剿曾一本海盗集团、1580年驱赶林道乾海盗集团。这一事件成为影响明代中后期中葡关系走向的焦点问题。三次清剿海盗行动不仅让借居澳门的葡萄牙人在澳门确立其地位，明朝官员也开始改变对葡萄牙人的固有态度，影响着明后期中葡关系的走向。论文在回溯16世纪中葡关系的确立和发展的基础上，广泛利用澳门等地所藏档案文献，重点考察1564-1580年澳门葡萄牙人协助明朝政府的三次围剿海盗行动相关细节和史实，探讨葡助明三次清剿海盗后的中葡关系走向。

During the Ming Dynasty, China and Portugal established early unofficial relations. Early relations between China and Portugal by the contradiction, conflict to cooperation, utilization. The transformation is related to the Portuguese offering of troops, ships, weapons and money, in 1564-1580, Portugal and the Ming Dynasty cooperated three times to eliminate pirates near Macau, the assistance of the Ming ping down the Zhelin mutiny in 1564, the extermination of the Zengyiben pirate group in 1568-1569, and the expulsion of the Lindaogan pirate group in 1580. And it became the focal issue that affected the trend of the relationship between China and Portugal in the middle and late Ming Dynasty. These three suppressions not only allowed the Portuguese who lived in Macau to establish their status in Macau and Ming Dynasty officials began to change their impressions and attitudes towards the Portuguese, but also affected the direction of relations between China and Portugal in the late Ming Dynasty. Based on the review of the establishment and development of the relationship between China and Portugal in the 16th century, this paper makes extensive use of the archives and documents collected in Macao and other places, focuses on the details and historical facts of Macau’s Portuguese assistance three piracy operations from 1564 to 1580, and probes into the trend of the relationship between China and Portugal after Portugal's assistance three piracy operations in the Ming Dynasty.
