本文以清末以来的汉字拼音化运动的史料（主要是中国大陆地区）为研究对象，对这些材料进行穷尽性的考察，清理出专题，按照时间的线索理清各个专题的历史发展脉络，在客观描述史实的基础上站在今天的学术高度进行新的评价。对于前人已有的评价，我们也给出自己的观点。我们力求挖掘前人没有挖掘到的史料，进行归纳分析，然后力求用新的理论工具进行新的评价，脱离前人的框架影响。我们也重视反对的声音，对于反对的声音也给予客观公允的评价。因为汉字拼音化运动和西方语言文字理论有很大的关系，所以，在对汉字拼音化运动进行专题史的研究之前，我们对西方语言文字理论影响下的汉语文字学的研究也进行了一个简单的总结，这也是本文的一个分析角度。

The study object of this text is the Chinese characters phoneticize movement since late Ching Dynasty (mainly is Chinese mainland region). We fully study these materials, tidy up some special subjects, manage the history development grain of pure each special subject according to the clues of time, and stand on the academic height of today to carry on a new evaluation on the foundation of the objective description historical fact. For the evaluation that the people of the past have already had, we also give a subjective standpoint. We try our best to colllect historical data without being used, carry on inducing analysis, then try hard to carry on a new evaluation with the new theories tool, escape from the people of the past's frame influence. We also value opposed voice, and give to the opposed voice the objective and fair evaluation. The Chinese characters phoneticized movement has a very great relation with the western language writing theories, so, before studying the special subject history of the Chinese characters phoneticized movement, we carry on a simple summary study of the Chinese language writing research under the western language writing theories influence, this is also an analysis angle.
