以各省份为生产单元,采用传统DEA模型测算和分析中国各省份工业生态效率与时空特征。结果表明:①2008年以来全国各省份的工业生态效率整体都有所提高;东北、华南和西北地区工业生态效率提升明显;华东地区处于较高水平的平稳发展状态;华北地区内部省份差异较大;西南地区生态效率一直处于较低水平。②以省份投入要素和工业生态效率为指标,将各省份划分为高投入高效率、低投入高效率、低投入低效率、高投入低效率四种发展模式。

Taking every province in China as an analytical unit, this paper measures and analyzes industry development efficiency and spatial-temporal characteristics of every unit by adopting the traditional DEA model. Results show that: ①Since 2008, the industrial ecological efficiency of the nation's provinces were all improved. The industrial efficiency was increased obviously in Northeast, South and Northwest China. East China kept a steady development with high quality. The difference between the provinces of North China is remarkable. The ecological efficiency of Southwest China was still in a inferior level. ②Based on the input of every province and the ecological efficiency of its industry, all the provinces are divided into four kinds of development mode——high input with high efficiency, low input with high efficiency, low input with low efficiency, and high input with low efficiency.
